After blowing your nose place some neosporin right onthe inside edge of your nose, not up your nose and letthe capillary action pull it up. This was recomended tome by my ENT after I had sergery to help heal anycracks thus cutting down nosebleeds. Note: Puttingneosporin, vicks vapor rubs or even just vaseline inyour nose reportedly can cause lipoid pneumonia.

I have walked by car with windows wide open andvaluable belongings (purses, wallets, etc) withing armsreach. Some people steel on the playa just like the restof the world so play it safe!


Keep car key in one place and notifyothers traveling with you of location

Stuff goes everywhere...keep that car key in a safeplace and don't move it!











Come with an open mind and open heart.Let go of any sort of agenda orexpectations, you will be right where youneed to be.


You don't always get the burn you want,you get the burn you need.


Whatever is natural for you, that's the typeof burn you will have... i.e. into sex stuff -then you'll find it, not your thing - then youwont see lots of it.


Let yourself have the emotional release itneeds.

Every burn I have some sort of emotional 'Break down'in the first couple of days - I have learned it's part ofthe transition and I embrace it. Everyone I knowexperiences the same thing so it might happen to youas well.


BE GENTLE WITH YOURSELF ANDOTHERS especially at the end of theevent. Don't take it personally & take thetime to say the extra niceties!

Everyone will be exhausted emotionally and physically!Fuses run short people say and or do things from astressed place. Don't take it personally, remember theyare having a hard time, and if you can comfort them.


Let others know if you are having a hardtime & ask for what you need


At sunset take a moment and howl as itdisappears behind the mountains!


Anything you have ever been scared todo... give it a try (as long as it does notinflict pain or harm on anyone else).
