Liberating the Sensations It is Tantric wisdom that emotions can be used as fuel, therefore no emotions
are inherently bad, because you can use all of them to open up to wisdom and
energy of life.
This blueprinting tool allows you to make this process real inside. This can be
tremendously liberating because once you get this, every experience you ever
have is an opportunity to access the wisdom and energy inside of it which can
empower you to get out of the victim narrative. You can take every emotion and
turn it into raw fuel, into energy and wisdom. If this sounds abstract, wait until
you experience it in the blueprinting tool and self-practice so it becomes real to
you.
This blueprinting tool follows the lasering tool of this module very well, but it
can be that the lasering process feels complete without this blueprinting tool.
Then use a different emotion for the blueprinting tool.
This blueprinting tool works best with an emotion that is really challenging to
your client, because that gives them the motivation to relate to it in a new way.
Step 1:
Pick an emotion that is challenging for your client, anger towards a partner,
self-judgement or old grief for example. It can be anything, as long as it is an
emotion that challenges them.
Ask them to describe the specific sensations of the emotion. They have to be
relating to the emotion as sensations. If more emotions come up during this
step, then let them keep describing them as sensations.

Step 2:
Invite your client to become the sensations by letting their awareness move into
those sensations. Encourage them to move their body and sound out their
sensations. For some clients this will be challenging, so encourage them to do
this even if they can’t do it, as long as they at least are trying.
Key statements:
• Move your awareness, meaning the sense of being yourself right now, into
those sensations and notice if your body wants to move or express itself as
those sensations.
• If those sensation could make a sound how would they sound through your
voice?
Really encourage them to locate the sensations, move them through their
bodies and let them sound the sensations out.
In this step you are showing them that these sensations can be liberated
through movement and sound by allowing the sensations to move through the
body rather than holding them in place.
Step 3:
In this step there are two choices:
A. Encourage your client to recognize that they are not their sensations, they
are the observer or experiencer of these ever-changing sensations. However,
simply recognizing that they are not their sensations may not be enough for
some clients, and that’s when you want to use step B.
B. Allow the client to fully move and surrender to that sensational experience
in their body in a pleasure filled and orgasmic way OR in a fully embodied
way. If a client is open to adding pleasure, then invite them to mix pleasure
and even orgasm to alchemise with that experience, and that’s when you
get angergasm, crygasms, joygasms, etc.

Step B is particularly liberating for women and it can be appropriate for male
clients too, as they can experience it, but it can be a greater jump for a man to
go there than for a woman, given their social conditioning around emotional
expression. For men, instead you can let them embody the emotion as their are
consciously witnessing it, meaning that they are fully and truly expressing the
emotion while witnessing it.
Both ways in step B are emotionally liberating and empowering.
Step 4:
By now, your client has embodied and moved the sensations with their body
and voice, either in a pleasurable or witnessing style way, and they are now
going to move the sensations through the microcosmic orbit through the body.
By moving and sounding, they have liberated the sensations and the energy,
and now they can harness that energy and cycle it through the body. This really
makes the concept of this blueprinting real.
Ask your client to move these liberated sensations from the pelvis up the back
of their body to the crown of the head and exhale them back down. Through
cycling the energy through the whole system, they come into a heightened
state.
Step 5:
Encourage your client to do this exact process with an emotion daily. It can be a
scheduled daily practice or they can do it when they have the freedom at some
point during the day.
Step 6:
Now they get to choose what they are going to feel.
Key Question:
• What are the two high vibration emotions you most desire to experience in
your life?

Step 7:
Embody those two high vibration emotions.
This is a tremendous self-educational opportunity, because everyone has the
opportunity to choose what to feel in each moment, but we rarely practice it.
The following three steps are a little more advanced, so decide if your client is
ready for them:
Step 8:
Invite them to wear a bracelet or a watch that will remind them to choose
these high vibration emotions throughout their daily life.
Step 9:
If they catch themselves not being in their two high vibration emotions, they
have to move the bracelet or watch to the other wrist.
Step 10:
Challenge them to keep the bracelet/watch on one wrist for up to 12 hours.
This generates an inner commitment to choosing to be in a high vibration state
for long periods of time, which is totally possible.
As we work with our clients, we take them through all their emotions, even the
ones that society has deemed scary or “wrong,” but we also want to emphasize
that they can learn to choose their own emotional states, and they can choose
to live in high vibration emotion states in their daily life.
