Look and feel of the machine is bland, cold, non premium compared to other machines.

Most machine from biotech have the same base body and different functions. Differentiating them while use becomes difficult.

Wire management in and around the machine is very poor. Gives a complicated and untidy feeling to the patient.

The applicator handle does not have a strong grip. It is uncomfortable to hold it.

The flat surface on the machine give space for people to stack/store things on the machine.

The screen angle is almost 90 degrees.

Also the screen size is very small. Thus readability is poor.

The connector pins are difficult to remove as it is at an angle facing downwards. Due to this the connecter end get damaged very frequently. The machine needs to be lifted every time the wire has to be plugged in.

There is no storage for the gel bottle, tissues and electrode pad. This makes the area around the machine very untidy.

Machine should be comfortable to use with both hands.

The machine should be stable while in use. (pressing buttons). It should not wobble or topple over.
