Wednesday, March 2nd, Big Creek celebrated Dr. Seuss’s Birthday in a BIG WAY with “VIP” readers who read a few of their favorite books to our lucky students! We were honored to have Dr. Evans, our Superintendent, Mrs. Morrissey and Mrs. Light, Board of Education members and Mrs. Sandra Deal, the First Lady of Georgia! We also enjoyed watching and listening to our pre-recorded visitors who Mrs. Cable worked with to create a video loop that could be viewed at any time during the week. Dr. Pijanowski, Associate Superintendent of Forsyth County Schools, Mrs. North, Principal at Piney Grove and many from her Piney Grove team, were among our featured readers!
It was a great day of celebration!
The After School Art Club will meet
from 2:30 – 3:30 on the following
dates in March:
March 1
March 8
