Advanced Management Program: Overview
Participants will grow as managers who think and lead strategically in a Penn-specific context
Six days of programming and other activities
25-member cohorts with competitive admission
Completion of the course will allow participants to– develop key professional competencies– gain fuller understanding of Penn’s organization, operation,
and institutional culture– cultivate networks of staff colleagues across the University
Course Components Pre-Class:
– 360 review– Coaching and goal-setting– Readings
Classroom Sessions:– Lectures and group
discussion– Case studies– Peer coaching clusters– Small group presentations– Off-site discussions with
senior Penn leaders– Tours of Penn facilities
Beyond the Classroom:
