Use your thumb to make an indentation in the middle of each patty so that it will cook evenly. Place burgers 4 to 6 inches from the heat source. Don’t press down on the patties as they cook, or they’ll lose their tasty juices! Better Burgers 1. Heat grill to medium. 2. Combine mayonnaise, milk, 1 Tbsp vinegar and onion powder in a bowl. Add coleslaw and parsley and toss well. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Whisk remaining 1 Tbsp vinegar with barbecue sauce in a medium bowl. Add 2 Tbsp sauce mixture to ground pork in another bowl. Mix well. Gently shape into 4 patties. 4. Brush buns with some of the remaining sauce mixture. Grill burgers about 8 minutes, flipping once and brushing generously with more sauce mixture. 5. Put burgers on buns; top with coleslaw. Serves 4
