BEES KNEES STINGS2 oz Pisco Quebranta

1 oz fresh lemon juice

3/4 rocoto honey syrup

Rocoto pepper garnish

Combine all ingredients in a shaker

with ice, shake, and strain over

pebble ice. Garnish with a julienned

rocoto pepper.
