This problem is that young children aren't spending the right

amount of time brushing their teeth, mainly because they don’t find it fun or enjoyable, also because they might not know how to brush. Children are supposed to brush their

teeth at least 2 times a day for at least 2 minutes, but a majority of the children don’t.

Why do children not enjoy brushing their teeth?

Because its boring! This can be avoided by simply making brush time more

enjoyable for the parents and children. We believe that if their was a fun way for mums and dads to teach their children

how to brush, that a lot more of parents would do so. And they can do this by using our app! We have fun

techniques, and songs to help children remember the routine.

My team, TheBeehives, is

developing a child friendly app, to help young children to brush

their teeth using fun routines and exciting songs of their choice.

However, these apps aren't as interactive and fun as ours, they are basic timers with no games and methods. On the other apps there is just a simple timer which doesn't solve our problem of the app being

fun and enjoyable.

There is nothing like our app on the market that is free. Its

educational, child friendly, enjoyable and makes happy teeth.
