Beagles

First Thoughts…..

Page 2: Beagles vision

Today a typical user’s online experience is something like this….

Did you see Susie’s new blog post on how I tweeted everyone about putting worms in her lunch box? I found the idea on the Onion…an absolute genius of an idea…one that might have even inspired Richard Feynman. I will send you the bookmark to the idea by mail. Can you imagine how all her friends will disown her on FB? I wish I could have seen

her expression and made a video out of it.

It is so much fun to be evil!!

1• Give people a

picture of their changing lives

2• Help people

connect based on real concepts

3• Let users take

control of their own data and browsing destiny

Beagles has 3 simple yet significant goals

Page 6: Beagles vision

1• Life constantly

changes and so should our online world.

2• People can

connect on real ideas, concepts and emotions and not just for short term gain or limited senses like exhibitionism or voyeurism

3• Advertising

companies abuse users’ privacy and they are nothing but a transaction cost of helping marketers reach users

This comes from 3 beliefs we have….

Page 7: Beagles vision

Someday Gartner, Forrester and the likes will quantify this…

The no. of smart mobile devices used by every

middle class person in every developing country will far

outnumber the no. of computers

Users will spend more time on their smart mobile

devices while waiting for a friend, in the bathroom, in a

cab etc. than sitting at a desk in front of a computer

Beagles will be the first network that will be

designed for reflection on life while doing real things

and not an artificial induced reflection sitting in front of a

computer
