We made a simple research about students’ exercise habits

and we are going to present you the results we analyzed

Page 3: Be active

When we look at the first question and the results we collected, we can infer that most students walk every day and that the majority of these 59 students do it for more than thirty minutes per day.

This is one of the best habits we can develop, because it brings us a lot of benefits, such as:

- it reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke;

- it reduces the levels of cholesterol and diabetes;

- it keeps your weight controlled;

- it tones your legs, but above all;

- it gives you energy and can make you a happier person!

Though the majority walks more than 30 minutes, many others walk for 10 to 20 minutes. This is not enough, if we want to take care of our health, but it surely is better than not walking at all.

Above all, sports can bring a lot of benefits:

they encourage the development of social skills,

they can help children to learn how to relate to others , and eventually,

they also ensure that these children or teens become gradually independent and achieve a higher self-esteem!
