What is it?
Mentoring is a developmental partnership which enables the exchange of best practice and the open consideration of career opportunities.
The BCI
Mentoring is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person.

Mentoring is a professional relationship in which an experienced person assists another in developing specific skills and knowledge that will enhance the less-experienced person’s professional and personal growth.
