Network video technologiesNetwork video technologies encompasses standards and technologies that generally apply to theindustry. This includes photographic knowledge, codecs, lens types and intelligent video applications.

NetworkingNetwork video systems rely on various devices and software configurations in order to get a video fromsource to destination. Networking tests your knowledge on topics such as IP networking equipment,transmission methods and security aspects.

System designSystem design takes into account all that must be considered in order to fully design a network videosystem. This includes areas such as the camera selection process, what needs to be considered for camera placement, what Axis tools can be utilized, and how you use them.

Axis product knowledgeAxis product knowledge questions are designed to test your overall knowledge of the Axis product portfolio. This includes an understanding of the Axis naming convention, our products capabilities, and the accessories available.

InstallationInstallation questions reflect a general understanding of basic installation considerations during thesystem design process. This includes, for example, software usage, hardware installation, focusingtechniques and maintenance.
