⇒ Difficulties during preparation of pre-qualification document due to
given ceiling requirements
⇒ As of now we haven’t meet the required sufficient years of
experience set by the Client
⇒ Insufficient experience engineer for different specific line of work
⇒ Inconvenient Authentication of required documents from Notary
Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Philippine Embassy
