4 -5 days before promotion – Develop team meeting agenda and manager’s script. Program POS.

3-4 days before promotion – Conduct team meeting, complete product preparation training and POS practice.

1-2 days before promotion – Focus training on suggestive selling techniques and product sampling. take down old POP and put up new POP at end of day.

Day promotion starts – Start promotion ready to go as soon as you open. Reinforce sampling and suggestive selling!
