As you can see, having lots of sugar in your diet can cause prob-lems for your white blood cells. The sugar keeps the Vitamin C, which your white blood cells need for strength, away from them. What can you do to help your immune system work better? That’s right new recruits . . .

Rule #2 ... EAT healthy foods!See if you can help the Vitamin C find its way through the maze to help give strength to the white blood cell in the middle. You can start at any of the arrows. I hope the sugar blocks don’t make it too difficult!
