Projects View and Control Center
Change Group- select new database.
Print- Advanced Print for Multi-Project Reports.
?- Left-click for Online Help. Right-click for “About”

Organize projects by geography, Project Manager, Type, etc…. Right-click All Projects, select Administer Views to modify the views. All views are maintained manually.
Control Center data is based on the Project View selection- if All Projects selected, data for all projects is shown.
Right-click All Projects to perform the following functions:
New Project, Publish Project
Single Project Backup, Restore
Dictionaries…Reason Codes, Company Roles, Daily Reports, Drawings….
Custom Fields, Cost Code Definitions, Document Setup, Customize Text, Define Alerts, Reporting Currency, Layout Options, Current Users, Copy Companies
Administer Views, Folders

Project MenuRight-click on the Project Name to display the “Project Menu”.

All Projects MenuRight-click on “All Projects” to display the “All Projects” menu. These functions will affect all projects in the “Group” (or database).

Use this dialog box to choose which objects appear in the Workspace, and the order in which they appear.

RFI Log
Each module provides a Log of all documents in the module. The log data (layout) can be customized to filter, group, and sort the documents.
Click on the “link” to view the document.
Click on the “edit” icon to open the document in edit mode.
