There are 6 night, 7 night, 13 night and 14 night options to match the BASI courses in Summer on these dates:

These prices include:

• Hotel accommodation including breakfasts and evening meals

• Lift Passes starting the day after your arrival day and finishing the day before your departure date

• Free airport transfers to and from Munich Airport (when arriving and departing at the designated times).

Not included in the package price:

• This price does not include your BASI course fees, which you must book direct with BASI.

• Flights are not included in the above price, but we will quote you for flights from your preferred departure airport and add them to the package when you contact us.

• Ski Carriage and additional baggage charges are not included and may vary depending on which airline your flight is booked with. Baggage conditions will be sent to you together with your flight confirmation on booking.

• You must have valid travel insurance to participate. You must supply us with insurance details (policy number/ insurance provider/ expiry date) at time of booking.

• Ski Hire is not included in the price, but it is possible to hire equipment in resort. See www.sportnenner.at.

ADDITIONAL NIGHT: The extra night supplement (not including lift pass) for staying an additional night at the hotel is £63.

FLIGHTS: Let us know your preferred departure airport and we will quote you for flights to match your package and transfer. The earlier you book flights, the better the prices, so book as soon as your course is confirmed.

ACCOMMODATION at the four-star Thermal Badhotel Kirchler: The hotel is situated in Hintertux village, approximately 10 minutes walk to the ski lift, or 2 minutes on the ski bus.

Included in the price:

• Sharing a Twin room with en-suite facilities.

• Buffet breakfasts

• Evening meals, buffet style with tap water on the tables

• Use of the hotel’s swimming pool and spa facilities

• Use of ski & boot room and ski servicing area.

Other hotel facilities:

• Wireless internet is available in the reception area, there is a small fee charged.

• Washing can be done for you by the hotel on request, please ask at reception. There is a charge for this, depending on the amount of washing to do!

• The hotel prefers that you pay your drinks bill in cash or by EC/Maestro card.

Note that your arrival date is usually the day before your BASI Course date starts (although you can arrive earlier) and your departure date is usually the day after your course ends.

Rooming:

• The standard room type for this package is a twin or double room. Most of the rooms have separated beds. There are also a very limited number of single rooms at a supplement of £12 per night, which are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first to book basis. If you want to guarantee you get one of the larger twin rooms or a single room, then call to book your place early.

• Let us know which course you are on and we will try to match you to someone on the same course where possible, or let us know the name of the person you prefer to share with. Please note that you must be arriving and departing on the same/similar dates to the person you want to share with to make this possible!

TRANSFERS: If booking your own flights, please call us first to reserve a seat on the transfer, as the number of seats departing at each time is limited. No place can be guaranteed for you until you tell us your arrival and departure times, regardless of whether you have paid for a transfer or not. Transfers are only included free with the package when travelling at the pre-arranged times listed below. If you choose to travel at other times we may be able to offer you an alternative transfer at an additional fee, please ask for a quote.

Approximate transfer schedule for included packages (subject to availability): ARRIVAL (Munich to Hintertux) transfer dates and times: On the following dates, the “FREE” transfer departs Munich Airport for Hintertux at 17.30 (suitable for flights landing before 17.00). We are able to offer you a cheaper group rate transfer by matching you together with other BASI members. This can mean that the schedule changes once we know everybody’s flight details, meaning that you may have to wait for others. We do aim to keep the timings as convenient as possible for everyone. Transfer timings and meeting points are usually confirmed within a week of the transfer date by e-mail. Transfer Prices (when not included in the package): If you book the package but do not arrive in Munich at the pre-arranged times, or if you do not book the package and just want to book the transfer only, then transfer prices will be charged as follows: Munich – Hintertux (one-way) £60 Salzburg – Hintertux (one-way) £110* Innsbruck – Hintertux (one-way) £60 Jenbach – Hintertux (one-way) £25* * A minimum of 3 people is needed for a transfer to operate. If you are the first to enquire for a particular time, then we will add your name to the waiting list and get back to you. Once we have at least 3 passengers, we will confirm the transfer with you. All transfers are subject to availability at time of payment.

INDEPENDENT TRAVELLERS: Hotel Only – We can deduct the price of the lift pass from your package on request. There is no reduction to the package price for not taking the free transfers. Transfer Only – Please contact us for a quote and we will allocate you seats on the transfers where available upon receipt of payment. We need to know your flight number, departure/arrival times, where you are flying from and your accommodation name and address in Hintertux to complete your booking. Lift Pass Only – Please make sure you pre-book and pre-pay your lift pass with our booking office to get the reduced “youth” rate, as we do not take lift pass bookings in resort. HOW TO BOOK:

1. Please ring, e-mail or fax us with the information on the attached booking form on Tel: 0345 6801214, basi@redpoint.co.uk, Fax: 01978 211 234.

2. We will then quote you for your place, including any additional supplements incurred.

3. Your place can only be held for you on receipt of a deposit of £150, or if you are booking within 10 weeks of your departure date, the full balance will be due.

4. If you are booking a flight with us then the flight must be paid for in full at time of booking.

5. If you are booking your own flights, let us know your arrival and departure times so that we can reserve your seats on the transfers. No seat is held for you on any airport transfer until you have notified us of your flight times and places are limited.

6. The final balance must be paid 10 weeks before your departure date. If payment is not received by this date, then your place will be cancelled and cancellation fees will be applied.

7. Full payment can be made by debit or credit card over the telephone, or by bank transfer.

8. Please read our terms & conditions of booking. By making your payment, you are agreeing to these terms.

9. You will then receive written confirmation of your booking by e-mail.

Please Note: If you pay your deposit and BASI does not confirm your course which causes you to cancel, we will refund your deposit payment in full. If you cancel for any other reason, cancellation fees will apply as set out in the Booking Terms and Conditions. Note that flights and insurance premiums are always non-refundable.

HOW TO PAY: The quickest way to pay is by Debit Card or by Visa or Mastercard over the telephone. Please note there is a 2% credit card charge, but no charge for debit cards. To pay by bank transfer, quote your booking reference number and surname and make your payment to Barclays Bank, Account Number: 30350737, Sort Code: 209778.
