Barranca Parkway Access Road IRVINE VALLEY COLLEGE South Orange County Community College District Bi-Weekly Progress Update Through November 15, 2016 PROJECT STATUS: The irrigation controller was installed. The mow curb along both sides of the access road was placed. The asphalt patching was competed on Barranca. Potholing was complete at the Shadow Oaks entry to locate the existing utilities.
