Left side is open feeding area. There are two lambing jugs alongside the outer walls; gate 2 can be left open, making the area larger when necessary. This jug area also serves as a chute leading to the headgate. To squeeze the flock, I close Gate 2 and release individual sheep either into the headgate or into a small outside run. Currently, the run is enclosed with a wire panel but I will rebuild it soon with wood.
