Sincere Condolences to the family of

Keith Cagle

Keith was a devoted and faithful member of St. Andrews over many years. He was very involved in our St. Vincent DePaul Conference and was instrumental in setting up a thrift store. A few years after the death of his first wife, Georgeann, he had the good fortune of marrying Sandy Wachtel. They lived in South Texas for a few years until returning to St. Andrew’s. Keith will be dearly missed.

Bereavement ministers serve either as part of a funeral dinner team that prepares, serves, and cleans up, or by preparing side dishes. No more than once or twice a month. FIRST PENANCE PREP UNDERWAY

We concluded the review of the first few lessons on Saturday, Jan. 9th. The other lessons will be reviewed on Jan. 23rd. Participation in First Communion Prep is only open to those who have successfully completed First Penance.

Participation in Sunday Mass is also a vital part of sacramental preparation. If you haven’t been coming because of COVID, this might be a good time to consider coming back. We keep the church facilities sanitized.

LIFE NIGHT 6:30-8pm



We are looking for some intercessory prayer warriors who will set aside a little time during the week to pray for parishioners (or close members of their families) who are seriously if not critically ill and need help from God to get over this particularly rough patch in their lives.

Thanks to all the good and faithful stewards whose

consistent support of the parish is keeping the parish

afloat during the pandemic. But over the course of the

calendar year 2020, our total income in all categories was

$126, 000 lower than calendar year 2019. If you have not

been injured financially by the impact of Covid this would

be a very good time to review your sacrificial giving. If you

are able to increase your regular support by any amount it

couldn’t come at a better time.

We strongly encourage those who are unable to

participate in Mass in person to begin giving electronically.

There are two ways to access our online giving. You can find the “Giving” tab on the parish app or locate the “Online Giving” icon on our parish webpage. The instructions will direct you to our Secure Online Giving Portal. Follow the prompts to set up your account and you can begin online giving right away. You can set a recurring gift weekly or monthly. You can increase or decrease your gift at any time. You control the portal. It’s a piece of cake!
