INTRODUCTION

The Baja «RUSSIA – Northern Forest 2015» will be run by the LC “Northern Forest”, “Automobile Federation of Sankt-Petersburg and Leningrad region” and “Karelia Republic Automobile Sport Federation”

From 20th to 22nd of February 2015.

The competition will be run in compliance with the following documents:

• The FIA International Sporting Code with appendices;

• The FIA General Prescriptions applicable to the events counting towards the World Cup for Cross-Country Rallies and

the International Cup for Bajas (General Prescriptions);

• These Supplementary Regulations.

The competition is included into the FIA International sporting calendar.

The rally will joint with a National Event with separate regulations and starting after all FIA competitors.

Unless specifically covered within these Supplementary Regulations, the text of the FIA Cross-Country Rallies General Prescriptions and the FIA World Cup Regulations applies and should be referred to. The statements, different from the FIA

General prescriptions, will be printed in bold italics.

In case of differences in the interpretation of these Regulations, the English text should be considered as a binding.

The official time will be as GPS (Moscow time = GMT + 3)

Modifications and/or amendments to these Supplementary Regulations will be announced only by numbered and dated bulletins, issued by the Organizer and approved by the FIA – up to the time of the first stewards meeting, and thereafter by the stewards.

1. DESCRIPTION

1.1 Places and Dates of the event

The Baja «RUSSIA Northern Forest» will be run from Friday, February 20th to Sunday 22th 2015 in the Russian Federation, in Sortavala and Suoyarvi districts of Karelia Republic (close to the Finland border).

Friday, 20.02.15

The competition will start in “Black Rocks” resort with Administrative Checks and Technical Scrutineering. All participants will be

accommodated in “Black Rocks” and in the nearby tourist centers.

The ceremonial start will take place in “Black Rocks” resort, one of the best touristic centers of Karelia Republic.

Leg 1 will start near “Black Rocks”. The first day includes one SSS of about 9,50 kilometers. After the finish of SSS – the overnight

Service Park in “Black Rocks” resort.

Saturday, 21.02.15

Leg 2 will start with the 35 km liason to the start of SS2 approximately 159 km . Prior to the start of SS2 there will be a non-obligatory tyre

change area and obligatory tyre marking zone. The liaison distance after the finish to “Black Rocks” is approximately 35 km.

There will be no servicing or regrouping during Leg 2. After the finish of Leg 2- the overnight Service Park will be in “Black Rocks”.

Sunday, 22.02.15

Leg 3 will start with the 35 km liaison to the start of SS3 approximately 159 km. Prior to the start there will be a non-obligatory tyre changing area and obligatory tyre marking zone. The liaison distance from after the finish to “Black Rocks” is approximately 35 km, where the podium ceremony and the final Parc Fermé will be located.

3.2. Entry Procedure:

Anybody wishing to compete in the event must send the entry form (www.bajarussia.com), duly completed, including confirmation of

payment of the entry fee, to the Organizer for e-mail: [email protected]

Every Participant must have a valid FIA Competition license for 2015.

Every Driver must have a valid FIA Driver license for 2015.

If the 1st or 2nd driver has an FIA license issued by ASN other than the RAF, the participant must have this ASN’s stamp on the entry, or provide the ASN’s permission in written form to take part in the competition.

The entries, where the Participant is neither 1st nor 2nd driver, must be provided with a copy of the Competition license.

3.3. The maximum number of entries - 60.

Organizer recommend to pay attention for extreme winter conditions of the race and nevertheless, please note that T3 crews equipment will

have to comply with FIA Regulations (Appendix L).

3.3.2. Vehicles entered in a class with less than 6 entrants will be competing only for the general classification and respective group classification.

3.4.1. Entry fees include:

(a) Insurance according to Article 4 of the Regulations;

(b) The following documents:

(c) Plates:

- Stripes 10х25 on the windscreen – 2.

3.4.2. Entry Fees don’t include:

а) Insurance against accidents and damages except for those described in Article 4;

b) Deposit of safety equipment SENTINEL, ERTF and GPS-GSM tracker (if provided);

c) The right of access to the service park for more than one service car;

d) Additional documents, over those specified above. However, labels, identification badges etc. can be bought from the Organizers at

the established prices;

e) All other charges, which may be incurred by competitors, members of crews and teams in connection with participation in the event.

3.4.3. Additional «Assistance» plates

The competitors, who want to have additional service cars, will be given additional «Assistance» stickers at the administrative checks, providing they have so requested from the Organizer before the closing date for entries and have paid a fee for each additional service vehicle.

Trucks – 500 euros

Others – 250 euros.

3.4.4. Service park Ecological refundable deposit.

For ecological reasons the organizer will collect a fixed sum of 100 € (or equivalent in rubles) from each entrant, which will be returned after a satisfactory inspection of their area in the Service park by the Service park officer after the end of the race.

3.5.2. Entry will be considered invalid if it will be not accompanied with the entry fee.

3.5.3. The payments, which will be made during the first “Privileged” period, until January 18, can be made in two payments, on

conditions that the first part of 50% of the entry fee will be paid before January 18, and the balance before February 6. In all

other the payments need to do adhere to the conditions as detailed in Article 3.4

3.6. Reimbursement.

The organizer will reimburse the entry fees, minus a variable retainer, to competitors who were unable to participate in the event for the reason of “force majeure”, subject to the application reaching the organizers in written form. The deduction will be:

• 25% of the entry fee for the requests received until 60 days before the administrative checks

• 50% of the entry fee for the requests received less than 60, but until 30 days before the administrative checks

• 100% of the entry fee for the requests received less than 30 days before the administrative checks

4. INSURANCE

4.1. The insurance company, the insurance number:

• Will be published later.

4.2. The insurance, provided to competitors by the Organizer, covers:

• A civil liability of the competitor for the damage caused by him to the health and property of the third parties, who do not participate in the event;

• A civil liability of the competitor for the damage caused by him to the health of other competitors of the event, including a civil liability of drivers for damage, caused to the health of co-drivers in case of an accident;

• Charges on evacuation and hospitalization to a hospital in Sortavala district or Saint-Petersburg.

4.3. Limit of the responsibility for one occurrence:

• 200.000 rubles

4.4. The insurance, provided to competitors by the Organizer, does not cover:

• The damage caused by the third parties to members of crews and teams, to their health and property, including sports automobiles and service cars;

• The damage caused to the driver, his health and property as a result of an accident with the crew.

4.5. The insurance cover will come into effect from the administrative checks, are valid during the event, and competitors who have retired or have been excluded, continue to be covered by insurance, provided that they reach the control at the race finish via the competition route or the most direct route from the location where they retired or were excluded.

4.6. The insurance will end upon the expiry of one of the following time limits, whichever is the latter.

• time limit for protests or appeals or the end of any hearings by the Stewards;

• the end of the administrative checks and post-event scrutineering.

• moment of retirement or exclusion from the event (Art. 33.3 and 33.9 of the FIA General Prescription 2014)

• the end of the prize giving.

In case of an accident, the competitor or his representative must make a written statement to the race director, the competitors relations officer, or directly to the Organizer, within 24 hours. This statement must mention the circumstances of the accident, the names and addresses of the casualties, as well as contact details of witnesses.

Detailed information on insurance and the order of obtaining the insurance indemnity will be published in the information message to participants.

5. ACCIDENT REPORTING

5.1 If a driver taking part in the Rally is involved in an accident in which the member of the public sustains physical injury, the driver concerned must report this to the next radio point as specified in the road book and signposted on the route. If he fails in observing this rule, the Stewards may impose to the responsible crew a penalty, which may go as far as exclusion.

5.2 In case of accident in the Rally itinerary, competitor or his representative must notify in writing form the Clerk of the Course, the Crew’s Relations Officer or the Organizer as soon as possible.

6. ADVERTISING 6.1. Advertising on competitive vehicles must meet the requirements of Article 16 of the FIA General Prescriptions.

6.2. Advertising identification:

Composition of Organizers compulsory and optional advertising will be presented and included in special spacing chart which will be give out on Administrative checks.

6.3. Advertising plan:

As per Art.16 of the FIA General Prescriptions

1 – Two strips (10x25 cm) on each side of the upper part of the windscreen, optional

(+50% entry fee)

2 – Two rally plates (43х21), compulsory. TBA

3 – Three race number panels 50x47, compulsory. TBA

4 –Two panels with the optional advertising (50x52) optional (+50% entry fee)

5 – Race number on the windscreen, high vision colored, right side, compulsory.

7. IDENTIFICATION

As per Art.15 of the FIA General Prescriptions

8. TYRES

In accordance with the highly specific climate and road conditions, the following exceptions to the FIA prescriptions were introduced:

8.1. The competing cars must use the studded tires. In addition to the prescriptions imposed by the relevant Appendix J Articles and the Article “Tyres” of the GP, the tyres must comply with the following prescriptions:

- the stud must be metallic, solid, cylindrical, with a flat cut of the working part. Any cross-section of the stud must make

a full circle;

- the stud fixation must not be “strikethrough”;

- the maximum height of the working body is 4.5 mm;

- the maximum stud weight is 4.0 g;

-the maximum stud length is 20 mm;

- the maximum number of studs fitted in the tire is 24 for every 10 cm of the tire circumference

- the maximum protrusion of the stud beyond the tire thread is not restricted.

Tyres that meet the requirements of the 2015 Swedish Rally are also allowed.

8.2. All the crews (FIA priority drivers included) may change the racing tyres by the “road” tyres for use on the road sections. The changing of road tyres and racing tyres are only allowed in the official “Service Parc” or “Tyre changing zone”, which will be situated on the liaison between Service parc and the Start of Selective Section. These zones will be marked in the road book and will be indicated by a special sign. Any tyre changing after this zone before the Start of the Selective Section and after the Finish of the Selective Section until the “Tyre changing zone” allowed only by the crew, using the spare tyres on board the car.

8.3. All tyres may be marked:

The tyre marking may be carried out in the specially designated zones, placed immediately after the tyre change zones, just

before the start of the Selective section. These will be indicated by a special sign. The crew entering the tyre marking zone must stop and make all the tyres (including the spare tyres) available for marking

by scrutineers. The help of one mechanic per a car is permitted. The crew may leave the tire marking zone only after the permission of scrutineers.

8.4. The condition of the tyres can be checked before the SS (SSS) start and each time, when the tyre (wheel) is replaced. Any tyre not complying to the regulations will be marked and its further use prohibited. The checking of the tyres and their marking can be carried out during the whole competition, except during an SS.

8.5. Any infringement of the tyre regulations can be penalized, up to exclusion.

8.6. Restrictions of the tyre use. The complete tyres of one axle should be identical. The tyre must be safe; it must not have damages likely to inflict a harm to the crew, to the third party and their property.

8.7. As per art. 12.5 FIA General Prescriptions, In Bajas, FIA Priority drivers will be allowed to use only a maximum of 8 tyres per

competition. If a tyre is damaged during the running of the competition, it may be replaced with the agreement of the FIA Technical Delegate. Such change will entail a 90 second time penalty for each tyre changed.

8.8. In the case when the further use of the tyre, may be unsafe due to wear or damage, the Technical delegate, Chief Scrutineer,

or scrutineer has a right to demand its replacement, or, if it is impossible, a report must be immediately presented to the COC. This fact must be indicated in the participant time card.

9. FUEL

As per Art.34 of the FIA General Prescriptions The nearest Patrol station TNK is situated on 12 Km of the road Sortavala –Vyartsilya. Various fuels are available, including Diesel and 98. Bankcards accepted. Only the crew can refuel and be present.

10. ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS

10.1. Location

Administrative checks will take place in the “Black Rocks” resort’s Gym hall (http://black-rocks.ru/kontakty/ )

10.2. Times/schedule

All competitors taking part in the event must present both members of their crew at the Administrative Checks on February 20th 2015 according to the established timetable.

The secretary records fact and time of appearance at the AC.

The exact schedule will be published by an information bulletin on the web-site www.bajarussia.com

10.3. Documents to be present at the AC:

Personal:

• Valid FIA Driver license (driver and co-driver);

• Valid FIA Competition license (Entrant/Competitor);

• ASN authority (stamp, visa or letter of approval) for the participants with licenses issued by ASN other than the RAF;

• Driving License valid for the vehicle type being driven (for each driver);

Vehicle:

• Certificate of ownership of the vehicle or authorization from the registered owner;

• Current vehicle registration document for the home country;

• Insurance existing on the territory of the Russian Federation

• FIA technical passport

• Homologation papers (Group Т2)

10.4. The following Time Controls will be arranged:

• V1 – before the Administrative Checks – according to the schedule

• V2 – After the end of the Administrative Checks

Any delay at the V1 TC will result in the following fines:

From 1 to 15 minutes 150 euro

From 16 to 30 minutes 250 euro

> 30 minutes 500 euro

11. TECHNICAL SCRUTINEERING

11.1. Location

Technical scrutineering will take place in the workshop territory of the “Black Rocks” resort.

11.2. Times/schedule

Technical scrutineering will take place on February 20th 2015 according to the time schedule.

Crews will have a maximum time of 40 minutes between the end of the administrative checks and the beginning of the technical scrutineering.

11.3. National road vehicle regulations and requirements

National rules of the road traffic regulations applicable to the public road driving.

11.4. Time Controls

The following Time Controls will be arranged:

• V3 – before the Technical Scrutineering – 40 minutes after V2

• V4 – after the end of the Technical Scrutineering

Any delay at the V3 TC will result in the following fines:

From 1 to 15 minutes 150 euro

From 16 to 30 minutes 250 euro

> 30 minutes 500 euro

> 60 minutes Start may be denied

Payment must be done in rubles at the exchange rate of the Russian Federation

11.5. Parc Fermé

Will only apply at end of Leg 3

11.6. Scrutineering requirements

Competitors must comply with the following when arriving at the scrutineering:

• All rally plates, competition numbers and advertising plates must be fitted.

• Sealing holes must be drilled in advance:

- For T1 and T3 vehicles: Cylinder block, restrictor and chassis.

- For T2 vehicles: see appendix 2 of the GP.

• Delivery of the Safety Form, given at Administrative Checks, with the FIA homologation for helmets, overalls, gloves (optional) for co-drivers), balaclava, socks and shoes + long underwear and HANS. This equipment is compulsory for both members of the crew (except gloves for co-driver), and must be homologated according to the FIA Appendix L, Chapter 3, under pain of exclusion.

• The following safety equipment must be fitted before the scrutineering:

• Sentinel

• GPS-GSM tracker

• GPS ERTF Unic 1

11.7. Safety equipment

11.7.1. It is compulsory to use the following safety equipment supplied by the Organizer on a rental basis (price not included in the entry fee).

• GPS-GSM tracker

• GPS ERTF Unic1

• SENTINEL

11.7.2 Every participant must rent a SENTINEL, GPS ERTF and GPS-GSM tracker units.

11.7.3 Every participant who has no fixing kit for the SENTINEL or ERTF systems must buy the one in advance and mount it on

the vehicle before the start of the event (available on AC). The kits are available separately.

11.7.4 The prices for SENTINEL, ERTF & GPS-GSM tracker specified above, can be paid directly to the organizer by bank transfer or in

cash at the AC. The order form for SENTINEL, ERTF & GPS-GSM tracker is published on the event’s website.

11.7.5 Delivery and installation of the equipment will be carried out before AC. Every participant must pass the equipment at the end

of the competition, or, If a crew retires.

11.7.6 All crews will have to produce the repayable guarantee check: 2000 € for all equipment. (can be paid by bank transfer, block

on credit card or buy by cash on AC)

These guarantee checks will be paid back, upon the return of the equipment in good working condition.

11.8. Additional safety requirements

Vehicles of competitors should be equipped with additional means of safety to cope with extremely low temperatures in case of retirement on a section, where leaving the route is impossible until the stage is completed:

• It is Obligatory! to have the following in the race car;

warm winter clothes for the crew: warm footwear, wool socks, gloves and caps

• two flares

These will be checked before start.

11.9. All systems of GPS navigation and all means of connection are prohibited except for the mobile phones without radio transceiver features. See Art.29 of the GP.

12. SUPER SPECIAL STAGE (SSS)

12.1. Participation in the SSS

Participation in the Super Special Stage is not compulsory for all competitors. The penalties for failure to participate are detailed below

in Art. 12.9

12.2. Location

The Super Special stage will occur close to “Black Rocks” resort, and will finish near Puykkola.

12.3. Times/schedule

The Super Special stage will take place on February 20th 2015 approximately at 15:25

12.4. Start area.

Pre-start area will be organized before Start podium ceremony February 20th at 14:40

12.5. Reconnaissance

The reconnaissance of the Super Special Stage is prohibited.

12.6. The Procedure SSS:

From 15:25, according to the start list, crews will arrive to the start line.

The start for SSS will be given with 2 minutes intervals for the all crews.

After the Finish crews go to the “Service IN” post where they return the time card.

12.7. For the SSS - Super Special Stage, times will be taken in hours, minutes, seconds and tenth of a second. In case of a dead

heat, priority will be given to the crew who achieved the time first.

12.8. The maximum time to run the Super Special Stage – 20 minutes.

12.9. Fixed Penalties on the Super Special stage

a) A penalty of the maximum time plus 5 minutes will be applied to any crew that:

• Start the Leg 1, but does not run the Super Special Stage b) A fixed penalty of 60 minutes will be applied to any crew that:

• will be late for the CP at the start of Leg 1 of time more than 30 minutes

d) A crew who failed to take part in the SSS will be admitted to start Leg2 if the crew’s members and the vehicle check in at the time control Service IN 1 before 17:30 e) A crew late to time control Service IN 1 more than 30 minutes will get a penalty of 60 minutes.

f) Crews included in paragraphs a, b, с, d and e will start Leg 2 after the classified teams in order of their start numbers.

13. START OF THE EVENT

13.1. Publications times of start lists, start times for Leg 1 and competitors’ briefings According to the program.

13.2. Ceremonial start:

Location: “Black Rocks” resort , helipad.

Time: February 20th , 15:00 1st car.

All participants must place their competition vehicles in the start area in front of the podium until 14:40. Cars should be arranged in the

pre-start area under directions of marshals. All participants compulsory need to be dressed in race overalls. In case of cold weather the

warm coats are allowed.

13.3. Official start

The official start of the competition will be on February 20th 15:00 at TC0 “Podium 1”

13.4. Leg 1 includes:

• SSS (about 10-kilometres long)

13.5. Briefings

13.5.1 The pre-start briefing for competitors will take place:

Location: “Black Rocks’ resort, Gym hall.

Time: February 20th, according to the program.

Briefing is compulsory for at least one of the member of the crew who must confirm his presence by signature. Any crew not present at the briefing will be fined 200 euro.

13.5.2 Written briefings:

If necessary, at the end of each leg participants may get a written form of briefings. Answers to all questions on the text of written briefings will be given by the Clerk of the Course or his representative in the HQ, the time will be announced additionally.

13.5.3. Road books delivery:

Road books delivery for Leg 1 will take place on Friday, at the administrative checks.

Road books delivery for Leg 2 will take place on Friday, February 20 at the compulsory briefing in “Black Rocks” resort, Gym hall.

Road books delivery for Leg 3 will take place on Saturday, February 21 from 18.00 till 20.00 in “Black Rocks” resort, Gym hall.

Latecomers will receive books in HQ from 20.00.

14. RUNNING OF THE RALLY

14.1. Start order

14.1.1 Start for SSS is given in ascending order according to the start numbers.

14.1.2 The start for SS2 will be given with classification of the Super Special Stage (SSS). The first ten competitors in the

classification of the Super Special Stage will choose their start positions for the Leg 2 as follows:

The tenth placed competitor will start amongst the first ten positions

The ninth place competitor will choose to start before or after the tenth

The eighth place competitor may choose to start before, after or between the previous competitors and so on. These ten competitors will compulsorily start the rally in the first ten positions.

The procedure will take place in the “Black Rocks” resort Gym hall, according to the program.

14.1.3 Time interval between starts is applied to all of the crews (including crews of international event). The start for Leg 2 & 3 will be given with 2 minutes intervals for the first 10 crews and 1 minute for the others.

14.1.4 Start will be taken in the following way for all the special stages:

• the crew is invited to the start position by the marshal, and immediately hands their time card to the marshal;

• the marshal signals by gestures to the crew about proper positioning in the starting position on the start line and located the electronic means to control false start in front of the car bumper;

• after positioning on the start line the car should be immobile until start;

• 30 seconds before start marshal returns time card to the crew,

• Team monitors time before the start on electronic start clock.

• last 5 seconds are counted down on the LED in the top right corner of the start clock.

• When the central second’s hand of the start clock reaches «0» LED switches off and clonker next to the LED switches from red to green. The change of colour and/or switching off of the LED is the starting signal after which the crew must start immediately.

• All changes will be announced in the bulletin.

14.2. Early check in

Early check at all TCs are prohibited, excluding TC’s in the end of each Legs.

Warning! Abide by the speed limits on public roads!

14.3. Time Cards

14.3.1 A Time Card will be given to every crew at the start of each Leg. 14.3.2 If the Time Card is lost the crew will be penalized. 14.3.3 If a crew retires on a Selective section, they must deliver the Time Card to the HQ not later than 6 hours before the start of the next section.

14.4. Time Controls (TC)

14.4.1 Target times between controls will be announced in the itinerary list.

14.5. Selective stages (SS)

14.5.1 Start of Selective Stages will be given in accordance with the FIA General Prescriptions.

14.5.2 A maximum time to run every Selective Stage will be given in the Itinerary and Time Cards. If the maximum time will be

exceeded, the crew will be penalized.

a) Exceeding the maximum time on SS2, will result in a fixed penalty of 1 hour, which will be added to the maximum time of the SS2.

b) A crew who fail to start SS2 w i l l b e penalized with a f i x e d p e n a l t y o f 1 0 hours for missing SS2. This crew will be allowed to start Leg 3 provided they check in at start of the Leg within their allocated time.

c) Exceeding the maximum time on SS3 will be result of exclusion.

The closing time of the marshal points at start of SSS, SS2 & SS3 – start time of the last crew plus 30 minutes.

14.6. Passage control.

An official Passage Control will be done with the ERTF and GPS-GSM monitoring equipment.

3 PCs and 7 Security Waypoints (WPS) are planned during the Selective Stages 2 & 3. These PC’s will be noted in the Road book

and are compulsory passage points. The missing of every waypoint will be the cause of penalty of 30 minutes each. The GPS directs the

Competitor towards the point only once they have come within a 3km radius of the point. To validate their passage at a WPS, Competitors

must pass within 90 meters of the point.

14.7. Regrouping

No regrouping foreseen during the race.

14.8. Reconnaissance

The presence of crews and other team members in the competition region is prohibited after December 10th 2015.

The competition region includes: the Sortavala region, the Suoyarvi region, the territory bordered by:

• From the West – the road A-130 Sortavala – Vyartsilya excluding road itself.

• From the North – the Russian - Finland border.

• From the East – the road A-131 Pitkyaranta to Suoyarvi excluding road itself and farther the line Suoyarvi- Talvoyarvi- Finland

border.

• From the South – the road A-130 Sortavala to Pitkyaranta excluding the road itself.

The crews, who break the rule, will not be allowed to start the event.

14.9. Towing

As all roads, which are used for running Selective Stages, will be closed for the outside traffic during the competition, any team wishing to take away a retired car from the route with external help, can enter the route only after receiving permission from the Organizer.

14.10. Parc Fermé Foreseen only one Parc Ferme «F» - after finish of the event (“Black Rocks”) after SS3 before Podium, and will consist of two

zones, just before entering the Podium, and after the Podium ceremony, following the instructions of PF marshals.

14.11. According of the FIA General Prescriptions, participants must keep exactly to the route described in the Road Book. Any failure to

follow the route by a participant can result in fixed penalty of exceeding the maximum time on SS. 14.12. The approved length of 1 (one) kilometer was measured as GPS kilometer on the gravel road from the highway to the “Black Rocks” resort and will be marked by the signs at the beginning and the end. 14.13. Speed rules

All participants and the team members need to keep the road rules of Russian Federation on the public roads. The maximum speed on the roads and highways are 90 km/h and in the towns are 60 km/h. The speed limits on the liaisons will be set by the organizer in the road book and will check by ERTF Units. On Road Sections an impulse will be recorded in the GPS every 500 m. A sign will be displayed on the GPS screen to indicate the recording of a speeding offence. All speeding over the maximum speed allowed recorded in the GPS will be sanctioned by the Clerk of Course by the following monetary penalties:

From 1 to 10 kph: 50 Euro X impulse

From 11 to 30 kph: 100 Euro X impulse More than 30 kph: 200 Euro X impulse Over 3 successive impulses, penalties to be decided by the Panel of Sporting Stewards, up to exclusion.

15. SERVICE PARKS

15.1. Location

Service works allowed only in the Service Park.

The following service parks will be organized at the race:

• Service «BR» “Black Rocks” resort, workshop territory.

Access to service parks is only allowed to the vehicles, identified by the Organizer with stickers (side stickers “Assistance ”). The price

of access to service parks for one service vehicle per crew is included in the entry fee. The competitors, who want to have

additional service cars, will give additional «Assistance» stickers at the administrative checks, providing they have so requested

from the Organizer before the closing date for entries and have paid a fee for each additional service vehicle.

Service Park “Black Rocks” (BR) is situated in the workshop territory of the resort (left hand before the entry). Speed limit in the Service

Park and in the whole territory of the resort is 20km/h. The speed limit exceeding will be penalized with a fine of 100 Euro.

15.2. In Service zone before the start of SS’s will be organized the tire changing area, which is not obligatory. This zone will be indicated in

the Road Book.

15.3. Refueling

Refueling of vehicles during the event is permitted at the regular gas stations and in the refueling area, specially defined by

the Organizers.

The Refueling area will be indicated in the Road Book and will be equipped in the Service Park “BR”.

Automobiles must have fuel distance autonomy of 300 km.

16. PROTESTS AND APPEALS
