Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever
Tick-borne disease caused by the organismRickettsia rickettsii
Rickettsiae are transmitted from tick to
human during feeding and the organismspreads through the body via both bloodand the lymphatic system.
The incubation phase of infection rangesfrom 3-12 days, depending on the volumeof the inoculum

MFFFrom all this we came up with diagnosis of Invasive Meningococcal
Disease

Septic Shock
Bacterial Causes:
N.meningitidis
S.pneumoniaH.Influenza
L.monocytogenes
But only N. meningitidis can cause
meningococcal septicaemia
(which we think is the most likelycause btw)
