MINUTES OF THE BAC MEETING HELD AT THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN SESSION HALL, LAST 18 APRIL3

2012 AT 3:40 OCLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON.4

The meeting started at 3:40 P.M. with a call to order by the BAC Chairman. The presence of19

a quorum was determined after the checking of attendance.20

The reading of the journal of the 13 April 2012 meeting was dispensed with but was22

considered approved.23

The order of the agenda for this meeting was read out, to wit:25

1. Purchase Requests submitted for the week:26a. Vice-Mayors Office (SB) for the following purchases27

i.

Pressure Tank in the amount of Php 7,080.00;28ii. Office Supplies in the amount of PhP 6,751.95;29

b. Municipal Agricultural Extension Services Office (MAESO) for the following30purchases -31

i. Anti-rabies vaccines and disposable syringes in the amount of PhP 20,700;32ii.Vegetable Seeds in the amount of PhP 8,000.00;33

iii. Caleza Bench (H-29 x W-10) in the amount of 38,250.00;34iv. 61 pcs Flower pots (13x15) in the amount of PhP 27,585.00 and 2.5 cum35

Garden soil in the amount of PhP1,325.00;36

The first agendum for this meeting, the purchase requests submitted for the week, was39 discussed by the body. All these purchase requests were recommended by the BAC for shopping40

using Section 52, 1.b. of the revised IRR of RA 9184. These will be submitted for PhilGEPS posting and41

canvass only after the BAC had issued the necessary BAC resolutions and approved by the Mayor.42

There were no other matters discussed.44

After disposing all of its business for the day, the BAC adjourned at 4:45 P.M.46
