In 2015, I want to be working as a consultant

manager, performing my job in a global

environment company (letting me expand my

network and keep learning from people from

different cultures) specializing in strategy

direction and financial management, which

are the areas that create passion on my life

and having enough experience that support

me to perform an excellent job and let grow

many companies and entrepreneurs that, in

the same way that I do, look for changing the

society in which we live.

• Clear Communication

• Commitment to the Team’s goals

• Culture of Excellence

I’m a person that performs a role with passion, looking not only for excellent results but also, for

excellent processes that make the experience, projects and activities, unforgettable and really

exceptional. I like to work as a team, look for creating a trust environment where members share tasks

and feelings, where I can support and be supported by team mates, where they can give and receive

feedbacks that let us improve and grow.

Another contribution is my organization, communication, open mind and planning skills, which help to

build a clear focus and orientation, that team follow up; it’s not only about the team has a clear path,

but overall, this one be known by all members and keep measuring it during all the execution, getting

clear communication channels that been accessible for team members.

team members

When I was LCVP F&A, I

faced troubles at the

moment of managing the

finance team; that was so

complicated because we

couldn’t schedule

meetings and people don’t

know much about AIESEC

and mainly, Finance

Management, and

because of these, they

were unmotivated.

• Financial Culture at

local level

• High quality Talent

• 4 F&A members

for 2009.

• Time and team

Commitment to Results

Innovation

I want to develop them, Working day

by day, through these initiatives,

• To Design new strategies and

tools in the role.

• To have Weekly Plan and releasing

of the same.

• Constant Tracking to my tasks

• Perform Product Development

Activities

• Commitment to my own

development

• Mentorship

• To get new partnerships and

supporting the same initiative in

other areas.

This role and the commitment that I’ll

acquire, to AIESEC in Spain members

, their development and

organizational growth, encourage me

to improve and develop myself along

them..

During my first month such as EB member,

I had conflict with a team mate, who was

dissatisfied by the way how I give

feedbacks; it was so uncomfortable and

hindered the communication flow between

the team. So, I decided to talk with them

and asked him why he acted like that, what

were the reasons and talked to find a

solution. The change was great for both,

because he understood that my feedback

weren’t focused to hurt and I could to learn

to give feedback to different kind of person,

developing awareness of other competency

and contributing in a good way to the

improvement as of the team as of my

teammates.

factors that normally increase the

motivation of members? How

would you incorporate these

factors in AIESEC in Spain?

The majority of times, members

react, in a good way, keeping a

high motivation to perform a role,

when their job and results are

recognized in the network and

moreover, receive awards because

of this. The best way to do it, is:

18. What do you know about legality? Tell us about your knowledge and practical experience in:

Associations’ legality

Migration

Labor contracts and law

I studied International Business, which gave me preparation about laws and legal environment around business field.

Associations' legality: Knowledge about different kind of association, legal procedures, Taxes that must pay and

exemptions. Roles: Summer Job, LCVP F&A, Project Manager.

Migration: Being LCVP F&A, I received trainings about this topic respect to Colombian law. I support this process on X area.

Labor Contracts and law: In this field, working as accounting assistant during summers, I learnt about contract law, taxes,

normal conditions, requirements.

Concerning to Spanish Legal Environment, I've been reading and asking about possible issues, about migration,

associations' legality and AIESEC role in this topics.

Financial Crisis: According to

some financial analysts

comments about the financial

crisis issue, the way to overcame

it, has started. The Grow

Economy Forecast for Spain this

year, will be is 0, 4%

Sustainable Development:

Enterprises, Government and

Society in general, are focused

on environmental problems, care

and solutions, finding sustainable

productions way and life style

that contribute to this change.

Some ways how AIESEC can take advantage of these trends:

and SD

• National Financial Project aims to generate Financial Culture in

Spanish People’s mind

• Learning Partnership around Business Issues, especially, SD ones

• Provide Innovative and global minded talent to Spanish Business

International Professional Experience

Positive Impact on Society

These factors make AIESEC, an unique organization,

that offers us an unforgettable experience that changes

our lives together a change in our society. In this

moment, the recognition in Spanish student and

organizational market is starting, more people see in

our organization the best opportunity to grow and

develop themselves, becoming more competitive,

trained and willing to enjoy and participate of world,

being global citizens. As Brand Audit Analysis of

October 2009 showed, Our next step is to encourage

Spanish people (young and business one) to contribute

and work on global issues, volunteering (NGOs),

leadership development using key communication

channel and promoting activities.

International Cooperation: AIESEC in Colombia has increased it

Exchange Performance, generating more life changing

Page 10: MC Application AiS 10/11_ Camilo Bermúdez

Well, first of all, in order to avoid this kind of

problems, it's necessary to spread knowledge and

key learning points about spanish taxes' law, and

legal themes in general, through:

National Training Sessions: Training Activities

supported by Externs and Partners (around this

topic) that let prepared Finance leaders at local

level about this kind of issues.

National Finance Team: A constant team that

support and guide Finance Leaders in legal and

financial decisions.

Guides and Models: Documentation and literacy

about legal procedures that facilitate Finance

leaders role.

MY SUGGESTION TO LCVP

AIESEC in Spain is registered as NGO, but there isn't a specific and clear

legislation that covered this kind of organization , in a effective and

beneficial way. The exemption doesn't cover us to avoid pay this tax, so,

you have to include it in the invoices to partnerships and sell of TNs.

You should talk to TN Taker and explain why about your doubts, apologize

and generate another invoice, including this tax.

Key learning points:

Get advices if you don't know how you can and must do it, Avoid Mistakes!!

Don't do anything about any procedure if you don't have a clear knowledge,

it's much better, say: I don't have this information but if you can let me, I can

send it to you by email or in another meeting" than guarantee something

that generate, not only more expenses for AIESEC and losing of a

partnership.
