    TERMS OFCONTRACT&CONDITIONSOF PARTICIPATION

    a) Definition: The Event shall mean Babu Exprs (International Exhibition of E-Commerce Products and Services). The Participant shall mean the party to whom confirmation has been given for participating in Babu Exprs (International Exhibition of Products and Services). Manualshallmeanthehandbookoftheorganizercontainingsuchregulationas may deem reasonable to the Organizer

    relating to the Event, the Venue and the Participants attendance and conduct at the Event and the Organizers shall

    mean Happy India Technocorp Pvt Ltd

    b) Agreement & Confirmation for Participation:

    1) A binding contract shall come in to existence between the Participant and the Organizer on acceptance

    of the Application for Participation form in writing by the Organizer.

    2) The confirmation for participation will also be subject to receipt of an advance.

    3) No changes to these terms shall be valid unless signed in writing by the duly authorized

    representatives of both the Participant and the Organizer.

    c) Alterations: The organizers reserve the right at any time and from time to time, to make alterations in the plan of the Event,

    as may in their opinion be necessary and to alter the agenda by communicating to the Participant. However no

    alteration to the event will be made in such way as to impose on the participant any greater liability for charges

    than that undertaken in the contract.

    d) Obligation of Participants: On confirmation, a Participant is obliged to make payments for the cost of participation, and cost for additional

    services availed of, as per schedule. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule will lead to forfeiture of all

    payments made. A Participant is bound by these conditions of participation and Rules and Regulations for

    Participants issued from time to time by the organizers and are obliged to enforce compliance there off or his

    staff, agents or representatives .The Participant shall observe and comply with the Manual at all times .The

    Participant remains obliged to participate even if the Event is postponed for reason deemed necessary by the

    organizers

    Allotment of space is subject to space availability like First Come First Serve basis.

    The exhibitor/Seller should pay for the stall set-up, chairs other accessories

    Reasonable charges for Parking, Electricity, and Internet will be applied.

    Delivery charges will apply

    Product commissions will be applied for online purchases

    Participants can display the products

    Customers buy the products through online only and make the payments to Babu Exprs

    Babu Exprs will settle the a/c within 7 working days

    Stock will be maintained in our stock points before 5 days

    Product Lockers space will be provided.

    Quality assurance certificates must be submitted to the organizer.

    Xerox copies of VAT, CST, PAN cards must be submitted.

    All stalls should maintain workers not below the age of 16 years.

    All employees of the stalls should have ID proof, Address proof,2 Photo graphs. And submit the same to

    organizers

    Workers should maintain Dress code and discipline as per the rules and regulations.

    There should not be any Violation of Rules & regulations.

    e) Cancellation: In case of cancellation or withdrawal from participation, the paid amount would be forfeited. All requests for

    cancellation must be made in writing and with date mentioned on it.

    f) Payments: Upon receipt of the completed BABU EXPRS contract (signed, Stamped and scanned) along with the online payment, the organizer will issue an invoice for the full charges of the BABU EXPRS. And you also can register through online by login to www.babuexprs.com and make the payment. You will get a confirmation email along with allotment confirmation. Get the print copy and submit it at the office duly signed by the authorized signature and stamp.

    g) Right of Organizers: The organizers reserve the following rights

    1) To reject any application without assigning any reasons. 2) To amend these conditions for participation and additional Rules & Regulations for participants From time to time, this shall be binding on all participants. 3) To change the location or to make certain changes, alterations, curtailments in the final allotments

    With respect to that originally booked by the participant.

    4) To postpone, relocate, curtail, extend or abandon the event or close some or all sections

    Temporarily or permanently. If unforeseen circumstances or enquire, in such an eventuality, no

    Participant shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract to claim any compensation or damage.

    h) Insurance Coverage & Organizers Indemnity: The onus is on the participant to obtain insurance coverage against all risks arising from the to and fro

    transport, theft, etc. A comprehensive insurance is recommended.

    The organizers shall not be liable for personal injuries and material damage including theft of any goods. To be

    bound by the provisions of these conditions for participation, the participant expressly exempts the Organizers

    from any claims for damages that may be made by third parties.

    i) General/Rules: In addition to the above the participants shall abide by general rules of the Event venue for safety and

    maintenance as well as for aesthetic appeal. No hoarding, banners etc. will be allowed on the premises of the

    event hall and the complex or on the roads in the vicinity. Participants must take extra care to ensure that there

    is no damage to the floor or structural property of the event hall.

    j) Permission / Approvals: All verbal agreement, permission, individual approvals or special authorization shall be deemed to be valid only

    if confirmed in writing by the organizers.

    k) Failure of Services: The organizers will use their best endeavors to ensure the supply of the services of the center and of the

    authorized contractors, but they shall not incur any liability to participant for any loss or damage if such

    services shall wholly or partially cease to be available.

    l) Force Majeure: Under the conditions of force majeure, which also include strike, lockout, closure, riot, the organizers reserve

    the right to alter the opening dates and duration or curtail, cancel or suspend in whole or part of the Event .In

    such an event, the participant is entitled neither to rescind the contract not to claim any compensation or

    damages. In case of cancellation of event, refund will be made after deducting the proportionate cost already

    incurred by the organizers, and the cost of any additional services provided to the participant.

    m) Final Decision:

    In case of any dispute, in interpretation of conditions for participation, laid down by the organizers or between

    participants, the final decision of the Organizers Happy India Technocorp Pvt Ltd. Shall are binding on all

    parties.

    n) Domicile and Jurisdiction: The implementation of these regulations or supplementary stipulations laid down by the organizers relating to

    the event shall be deemed to be domiciled at the office of the Hyderabad Courts. All disputes arising shall be

    judged according to Indian Laws and subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction.
