With a new modern twist tex- tured perm wraps are H- A-U-T-E hot this year! Textured perm looks more natural than other types of perms because it gives you bouncy waves that incorporate differ- ent curl sizes. Whether you were born with them or wanting to get them, curls are bouncy and beautiful, giving volume to what could be otherwise lifeless hair. 15)- Sonia Dawn Ballard, DOB 05/06/1976, of Smiths Grove and 16)- Norman Dean Taylor, DOB 03/29/1955, of Glasgow, were in-dicted for RECEIVING STOLEN PROP-ERTY OVER $500 BUT LESS THAN $10,000; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 1ST DEGREE based on testimony from Trooper Lon-nie Hodges of the Kentucky State Police regarding events between September 20 and 28, 2011. Both Ballard and Taylor have prior felony convictions.

Davis has a prior felony conviction.
