MATERiALS: • Borax (You can find this at the grocery store near the laundry detergent) • Cornstarch • Craft glue • Warm water • Measuring spoons • Craft stick • Two small bowls HOW TO DO iT: 1. In one bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of warm water and a ½ teaspoon of borax. Stir this until the borax is dissolved. 2. In the other bowl, add 1 tablespoon of glue. Slowly add ½ teaspoon of the borax and water mixture and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Let these ingredients sit for a few seconds and then stir them together. 3. Soon, your mixture will be too difficult to stir. Remove it from the bowl and start shaping it into a ball using your hands. 4. After a minute, the ball should stop being sticky. Give it a bounce and try it out! 5. Try making balls with different amounts of ingredients – how does this change your bouncy ball? You can also add glitter or food coloring to the mix to make the bouncy ball uniquely yours!
