Q14. How do I obtain IRAS’ endorsement of the Indonesian Tax Reclaim Form (Form-DGT 1)?
The completed original copy of the Form-DGT 1 (two pages) should be sent p g py ( p g )to IRAS by mail. Facsimile, photocopy or scanned copy of the said form will not be accepted.
We will usually process and endorse the Form within 14 working days, which will then be sent to the company’s registered address. There may be instances where IRAS raises queries to ascertain the control and management of the
