3. Preparation and setupNon-compliance with these rules will result incomplete exclusion of liability on the part of Aesculap.

When setting up and operating the product, alwaysobserve:

– national regulations for installation andoperation,

– the national regulations on fire and explosionprotection,

– operating advisories according to IEC-/VDEregulations.

Prior to connecting the Clipper to mains power,ensure that the voltage specified on type plate 5matches the mains voltage.

4. Working with Clipper FAV5

4.1 System set-up

4.1.1 Accessories Combinations of accessories that are not mentioned inthe present instructions for use may only be employedif they are specifically intended for the respectiveapplication, and if they do not compromise theperformance and safety characteristics of theproducts.

5. Processing

5.1 Cleaning/Disinfecting

NoteAlways follow disposal and hygiene instructions andregulations!

Manual cleaning/disinfecting

Wipe the shell of the product with a lint-free clothmoistened with a commercial disinfectant for wipedisinfection.If necessary, after the appropriate exposure time,wipe off any residue of the cleaning/disinfectingagent with a lint-free cloth moistened with cleanwater.Dry the product with a clean, lint-free cloth.If necessary, repeat the cleaning/disinfectingprocess.

Cleaning the air filter

NoteThe air filter must be cleaned once a week or whenevernecessary!

Slide back and remove air filter 7.Blow through or wash air filter 7.Slide dry air filter 7 into its seating.

5.2 Control, care and inspectionAllow the product to cool down to roomtemperature.Inspect the product after each cleaning anddisinfecting cycle to be sure it is clean, functionaland undamaged.Lubricate the shearing head as appropriate, seeChapter Lubricating the shearing head.Check the product for any damage, a typicalrunning noise, overheating or excessive vibration. Inspect the cutting set for broken, damaged orblunt cutting edges.Set aside the product if it is damaged.

CAUTION

Damage to, or destruction of theproduct caused by mechanicalcleaning/disinfecting or steriliza-tion!

Only clean and disinfect theproduct manually.Do not sterilize the productunder any circumstances.

Unplug the unit before cleaning.Make certain that no fluids willpenetrate the product.Leave the product exposed toair for at least 1 minute aftercleaning/disinfecting.

CAUTION

Damage to the product due toincorrect cleaning or inappropriatecleaning/disinfecting agents!

Use any commercial detergentfor surface cleaning.Never immerse the product inwater or detergent.Do not introduce any fluid intothe charging bays.Clean the contacts in the charg-ing bays, applying extreme care.

HinweisDie Maschine ist nur zum Schneiden von Tierhaarenvorgesehen!Die Schermaschine FAV5 wird zum Scheren von Klein-tieren verwendet.Die Schermaschine FAV5 muss je nach Anwendung miteinem Scherkopf eingesetzt werden.

2.4 Funktionsweise Schermaschine FAV5

Die Schermaschine FAV5 wird mit dem Ein-/Aus-Schalter nach oben eingeschaltet und nach unten aus-geschaltet.

3. Vorbereiten und AufstellenWenn die folgenden Vorschriften nicht beachtet wer-den, übernimmt Aesculap insoweit keinerlei Verant-wortung.

Beim Aufstellen und Betrieb des Produkts einhal-ten:

– die nationalen Installations- und Betreiber-Vor-schriften,

– die nationalen Vorschriften über Brand- undExplosionsschutz,

– Anwendungshinweise gemäß IEC-/VDE-Bestim-mungen.

Vor dem Anschluss der Schermaschine an dasStromnetz sicherstellen, dass die Spannung, die aufdem Typenschild 5 angegeben ist, mit der Netz-spannung übereinstimmt.

4. Arbeiten mit der Scher-maschine FAV5

4.1 Bereitstellen

4.1.1 Zubehör Zubehörkombinationen, die nicht in der Gebrauchsan-weisung erwähnt sind, dürfen nur verwendet werden,wenn sie ausdrücklich für die vorgesehene Anwendungbestimmt sind. Leistungsmerkmale sowie Sicherheits-anforderungen dürfen nicht nachteilig beeinflusstwerden.

Gehäuse des Produkts mit einem flusenfreien Tuch,das mit einem handelsüblichen Mittel zur Wisch-desinfektion befeuchtet ist, abwischen.Bei Bedarf Rückstände des Reinigungs- und Desin-fektionsmittels nach dessen Einwirkzeit mit einemin sauberem Wasser angefeuchteten, flusenfreienTuch abwischen.Zum Trocknen sauberes, flusenfreies Tuch verwen-den.Falls nötig, Reinigung/Desinfektion wiederholen.

5. Traitement stérile

5.1 Nettoyage/Décontamination

RemarqueRespecter les consignes d’hygiène et d’évacuation!

Nettoyage/décontamination manuels Essuyer le boîtier du produit avec un chiffon nonpelucheux imbibé d’un produit d’usage courantdans le commerce pour la décontamination paressuyage.Si nécessaire, éliminer les résidus de produit denettoyage et de décontamination après sa duréed’action avec un chiffon non pelucheux humidifiéà l’eau propre.Pour le séchage, utiliser un chiffon propre nonpelucheux.Si nécessaire, répéter le nettoyage/ladécontamination.

5.2 Vérification, entretien et contrôleLaisser refroidir le produit à la températureambiante.Après chaque nettoyage et décontamination,vérifier sur le produit les éléments suivants:propreté, bon fonctionnement et absence dedétériorations.Huiler la tête de tonte si nécessaire, voir ChapitreHuilage de la tête de tonte.Contrôler sur le produit l’absence de détériorations,de bruits de course irréguliers, d’échauffementexcessif et de trop fortes vibrations. Vérifier que les tranchants du module de coupe nesont pas rompus, endommagés ou émoussés.Mettre immédiatement au rebut le produitendommagé.

1. Manejo correcto

Antes de utilizar el producto comprobar quefuncione y que se encuentre en perfecto estado.Respetar las "Instrucciones sobre compatibilidadelectromagnética (CEM)". Para evitar daños causados por un montaje o usoinadecuados y conservar así los derechos degarantía y responsabilidad del fabricante:

– Utilizar el producto sólo conforme a estasinstrucciones de manejo.

– Respetar la información sobre las medidas deseguridad y las instrucciones de mantenimiento.

– Los accesorios que no se incluyan en lasinstrucciones de manejo se utilizarán sólo conautorización expresa del fabricante.

Confiar la aplicación y el uso del producto y de losaccesorios exclusivamente a personal con laformación requerida para ello o que disponga delos conocimientos o experiencia necesarios.Conservar las instrucciones de manejo en lugaraccesible para el operario.Cumplir con las normas vigentes. 2.4 Modo de funcionamiento de la esquiladora FAV5

La esquiladora FAV5 se enciende accionando la partesuperior del interruptor y se apaga presionando laparte inferior de éste.

3. Preparación e instalaciónSi no se observan las normas siguientes Aesculap noasumirá ningún tipo de responsabilidad.

Al instalar y poner en funcionamiento el producto,deberán respetarse:

– los reglamentos de instalación y operaciónvigentes a nivel nacional,

– las normas nacionales sobre prevención deincendios y explosiones

– Instrucciones de utilización según las normas IEC/VDE.

Antes de conectar la esquiladora a la red eléctrica,asegurarse de que la tensión indicada en la placade identificación 5 coincide con la tensión de red.

4. Aplicación de la esquiladora FAV5

4.1 Puesta a punto

4.1.1 Accesorios Las combinaciones de accesorios no mencionadas enlas instrucciones de manejo sólo podrán utilizarse si seindica expresamente que son adecuadas para lautilización prevista. No deben influir negativamente enlas características de rendimiento ni los requisitos deseguridad.

En caso de duda, consulte a la persona de contactocorrespondiente de B. Braun/Aesculap o al Serviciode Atención al Cliente de Aesculap, dirección verCapítulo Servicio de Asistencia Técnica.

PELIGRO

Peligro de incendio y de explosión. No utilizar el producto enlugares expuestos a peligro deexplosión.

ATENCIÓN

El producto no funcionará bien o sedañará si no coloca en el lugaradecuado.

No exponer el producto a laradiación directa del sol ni a lahumedad. No cubrir las ranuras deventilación del producto.Asegurarse de que la toma decorriente de la red de suministrode la tensión de alimentacióndel producto se encuentreaccesible.

4.3.3 Lubricación del cabezal de corteLimpiar las hojas de corte inferior y superior con untrapo suave o con un pincel. Asegurarse de que losespacios entre los dientes quedan bien limpios.Lubricar las hojas superior e inferior ligeramente conel aceite especial para cabezales GT604.

5. Trato y cuidado

5.1 Limpieza/Desinfección

ObservaciónRespetar las normas higiénicas y de eliminación deresiduos.

Limpieza/desinfección manualesLimpiar la carcasa del producto con un paño sinpelusa humedecido con un desinfectanteconvencional.Eliminar los posibles restos del agente de limpiezay desinfección una vez finalizado su tiempo deactuación con un paño sin pelusa humedecido enagua clara.Para el secado, utilizar un paño limpio y sin pelusa.Si es necesario, repetir la limpieza/desinfección.

Limpieza del filtro de aire

ObservaciónEl filtro de aire debe limpiarse semanalmente, o biencuando sea necesario.

Desplazar el filtro de aire 7 hacia atrás y extraerlo.Limpiar con aire a presión/lavar el filtro de aire 7.Colocar el filtro de aire 7 seco.

ATENCIÓN

El producto se dañará o se destruirási se somete a una limpieza/desinfección o esterilizaciónautomática.

Limpiar/desinfectar el productosólo manualmente.No esterilizar nunca el producto.

5.2 Control, conservación e inspecciónDejar que el producto se enfríe a temperaturaambiente.Tras limpiar y desinfectar el producto, comprobarque: esté limpio, funcione debidamente y no tengadefectos.Si es necesario, lubricar el cabezal de corte, verCapítulo Lubricación del cabezal de corte.Comprobar que el producto no presenta daños,ruidos de funcionamiento anormales,sobrecalentamiento ni una vibración excesiva. Comprobar que las hojas de corte no estánfragmentadas, dañadas ni desafiladas.Retirar inmediatamente el producto si está dañado.

6. Mantenimiento Para garantizar un funcionamiento fiable, Aesculaprecomienda realizar un mantenimiento una vez al año.Si el producto necesita alguna reparación debedirigirse al representante de B. Braun/Aesculap de supaís, ver Capítulo Servicio de Asistencia Técnica.

2.4 Funzionamento della tosatrice FAV5

La tosatrice FAV5 si accende portando l’interruttore diaccensione/spegnimento sulla posizione superiore e sispegne portando tale interruttore sulla posizioneinferiore.

5. Preparazione sterile

5.1 Pulizia/Disinfezione

NotaRispettare la normativa sullo smaltimento e l’igiene!

Pulizia/disinfezione manuali

Passare la scocca del prodotto con un telo nonsfilacciante inumidito con un normale prodottoidoneo per la disinfezione per strofinamento.Se necessario, dopo il relativo tempo d’azioneeliminare i residui di detergenti e disinfettanti conun telo non sfilacciante inumidito con acquapulita.Per asciugare usare un telo non sfilacciante pulito.Se necessario, ripetere la pulizia/disinfezione.

Pulizia del filtro dell’aria

NotaIl filtro dell’aria deve essere pulito settimanalmenteoppure al bisogno!

Spingere il filtro dell’aria 7 verso dietro erimuoverlo.Soffiare con aria compressa/sciacquare il filtrodell’aria 7.Rimontare il filtro dell’aria 7 asciutto.

5.2 Controllo, cura e verificaFar raffreddare il prodotto a temperaturaambiente.Dopo ogni pulizia e disinfezione, verificare che ilprodotto sia pulito, perfettamente funzionante enon danneggiato.Se necessario oliare la testa di tosatura, vedereCapitolo Oliatura della testa di tosatura.Controllare che il prodotto non presenti danni,rumori da funzionamento anomali,surriscaldamenti eccessivi o vibrazioni troppo forti. Sottoporre il set di taglio a un controllo mirante adescludere che i taglienti siano rotti, danneggiati esmussi.Se il prodotto è danneggiato, scartarloimmediatamente.

Danni o distruzioni del prodottocausati dalla pulizia/disinfezioneautomatica o la sterilizzazione!

2.4 Werking scheermachine FAV5De scheermachine FAV5 wordt met de Aan/Uit-schakelaar ingeschakeld (naar boven) en uitgeschakeld(naar beneden).

3. Voorbereiding en opstellingWanneer de volgende voorschriften niet wordennageleefd, wijst Aesculap elke aansprakelijkheid vande hand.

Bij de opstelling en het gebruik van dit productdient u de volgende voorschriften na te leven:

– de nationale installatie- engebruikersvoorschriften,

– de nationale voorschriften aangaande brand- enexplosiepreventie,

– Gebruiksinstructies conform de IEC-/VDE-bepalingen.

Controleer alvorens de scheermachine op hetstroomnet aan te sluiten of de spanning die op hettypeplaatje 5 staat overeenstemt met denetspanning.

4. Gebruik van de scheermachine FAV5

4.1 Klaarmaken

4.1.1 Accessoires Combinaties van accessoires die niet in dezegebruiksaanwijzing worden vermeld, mogen enkelworden gebruikt als ze uitdrukkelijk voor de geplandetoepassing bestemd zijn. De vermogenskenmerken enveiligheidsaspecten mogen daarbij niet nadeligworden beïnvloed.

Brand- en explosiegevaar! Gebruik dit product niet in eenexplosiegevaarlijke ruimte.

VOORZICHTIG

Slechte werking of beschadigingvan het product dooronoordeelkundige opstelling!

Stel het product niet bloot aandirect zonlicht of vocht. Dek de verluchtingsgleuf vanhet product niet af.Zorg ervoor dat het stopcontactvan het voedingsnet waarop hetproduct wordt aangesloten goedtoegankelijk is.

4.3 Behandeling van de scheerkop

4.3.1 Scheerkop slijpen

OpmerkingLaat de scheerkop slijpen door de Technische Service,zie Paragraaf Technische service.

Afb. 5Klap de scheerkop 12 naar voren open, zie Afb. 5.Verwijder de scheerkop 12.Maak het opengeklapte messcharnier 1 schoonmet een borsteltje.Steek de scheerkop 12 op het messcharnier 1.Steek de voedingskabel van de scheermachineFAV5 in het stopcontact.Druk op de Aan/Uit-schakelaar 3.Druk de scheerkop 12 licht naar de scheermachineFAV5 toe.De scheerkop 12 klikt hoorbaar vast.Controleer of de scheerkop 12 correct op descheermachine FAV5 zit.

4.3.3 Scheerkop smerenMaak de bovenste en onderste snijplaat schoonmet een zachte doek of borsteltje. Let erop dat despleten tussen de tanden goed schoon worden.Smeer de bovenste en onderste snijplaat met eenbeetje speciale olie voor scheerkoppen GT604.

5. Reiniging en sterilisatie

5.1 Reiniging/Desinfectie

OpmerkingVolg de voorschriften inzake verwijdering en hygiëne!

Handmatige reiniging/desinfectie

Wis de behuizing van het product schoon met eenpluisvrije doek, bevochtigd met een in de handelverkrijgbaar desinfectiemiddel.Wis de resten van het reinigings- endesinfectiemiddel na de inwerkingstijd af met eenpluisvrije doek, bevochtigd met zuiver water.Droog het product af met een schone, pluisvrijedoek.Herhaal de reiniging/desinfectie, indien nodig.

Luchtfilter reinigen

OpmerkingHet luchtfilter moet wekelijks of volgens behoefteworden gereinigd!

Schuif het luchtfilter 7 achteruit en verwijder het.Blaas/was het luchtfilter 7 schoon.Breng een droog luchtfilter 7 aan.

5.2 Controle, onderhoud en inspectieLaat het product afkoelen tot kamertemperatuur.Controleer het product telkens nadat het gereinigden gedesinfecteerd is, op: reinheid, goede werkingen beschadigingen.Smeer de scheerkop indien nodig, zie Scheerkopsmeren.Inspecteer het product op beschadigingen,abnormale geluiden, overmatige opwarming of testerke trillingen. Inspecteer de scheerkop op afgebroken,beschadigde en botte sneden.Sorteer beschadigde producten onmiddellijk uit.

VOORZICHTIG

Beschadiging of vernieling van hetproduct door machinale reiniging/desinfectie of sterilisatie!

Reinig/desinfecteer het productuitsluitend handmatig.Steriliseer het product nooit.

GEVAAR

Gevaar voor elektrocutie en brand!Trek de netstekker uit voor dereiniging.Let erop dat er geen vloeistof inhet product binnendringt.Laat het product na dereiniging/desinfectie minstens1 minuut luchten.

VOORZICHTIG

Beschadiging van het product doorverkeerde reiniging of gebruik vanverkeerd reinigings-/desinfectiemid-del!

Voer de oppervlaktereiniging uitmet in de handel verkrijgbarereinigingsmiddelen.Dompel het product nooit onderin water of reinigingsmiddel.Laat geen vloeistof in delaadschacht lopen.Reinig de contacten in de laad-schachten uiterst zorgvuldig.

1. Правильное обращение с устройством

Перед применением устройствапроверить его на работоспособность инадлежащее состояние.

– использовать устройство только всоответствии с руководством поэксплуатации,

– соблюдать указания по техникебезопасности и техническомуобслуживанию,

Устройство и принадлежностиразрешается приводить в действие ииспользовать только лицам, имеющимсоответствующее образование, знанияили опыт.

Руководство по эксплуатации должнохраниться в доступном дляпользователей месте.

Соблюдать действующие нормы.

Указание

Машина предназначена только для стрижкишерсти у животных!

Машинка для стрижки FAV5 применяетсядля стрижки мелких домашних животных.

В зависимости от области применениянужно использовать машинку для стрижкиFAV5 с определенной стригущей головкой.

2.4 Принцип работы машинки для стрижки FAV5

Машинка для стрижки FAV5 включаетсяперемещением переключателя "Вкл/Выкл"вверх и выключается перемещениемпереключателя вниз.

3. Подготовка и установка

Фирма Aesculap снимает с себя всякуюответственность, если не выполняютсяперечисленные ниже предписания.

При установке и эксплуатации изделиядолжны соблюдаться:

– предписания по установке иэксплуатации, принятые в конкретнойстране,

– национальные предписания попротивопожарной защите ивзрывозащите,

– предписания по эксплуатации всоответствии с положениями IEC/VDE.

Перед подключением машинки длястрижки к электрической сетипроверить, совпадает ли напряжение,указанное на заводской табличке 5, снапряжением сети.

4. Работа с машинкой для стрижки FAV5

4.1 Подготовка

4.1.1 Принадлежности

Комбинации принадлежностей, о которыхне упоминается в данном руководстве поэксплуатации, разрешаются к применениюлишь в том случае, если они определеннопредназначены для предполагаемогоиспользования. Не разрешаются какиеOлибо действия, оказывающие негативноевлияние на характеристики мощности, атакже требования по технике безопасности.

При возникновении вопросовобращайтесь к партнеру фирмы B.Braun/Aesculap или в отдел техническогообслуживания Aesculap, адрес см.Раздел Сервисное обслуживание.

4.1.2 Надеть стригущую головку

Указание

Стригущая головка GT330 #10 (USA+GB)машинки для стрижки FAV5 входит вкомплект поставки. В зависимости отобласти применения можно использоватьразличные стригущие головки!

Убедиться в том, что стригущаяголовка 12 правильно установлена намашинке для стрижки FAV5.

4.2 Проверка работоспособности машинки для стрижки FAV5

Провести визуальную проверку.

Проверить положение переключателя.

Правильно насадить ножевой блок и, принеобходимости, смазать маслом, см.Раздел Обслуживание ножевого блока.

Перед использованием почиститьмашинку для стрижки FAV5, см. РазделОчистка/дезинфекция.

4.3 Обслуживание ножевого блока

4.3.1 Заточка ножа

Указание

Для заточки ножа следует обратиться вотдел технического обслуживания, см.Раздел Сервисное обслуживание.

Почистить кисточкой открытый шарнирножа 1.

Насадить стригущую головку 12 нашарнир ножа 1.

Вставить провод для присоединения ксети машинки для стрижки FAV5.

Нажать на переключатель "Вкл/Выкл" 3.

Слегка нажать на стригущую головку 12 внаправлении машинки для стрижки FAV5.

Слышно, как стригущая головка 12зафиксировалась.

Убедиться в том, что стригущаяголовка 12 правильно установлена намашинке для стрижки FAV5.

4.3.3 Смазка стригущей головки маслом

Почистить верхний и нижний нож мягкойтряпкой или кисточкой. При этомубедиться в том, что впадины междузубьями чистые.

Слегка смазать верхний и нижний ножспециальным маслом для режущихголовок GT604.

Выполнять очистку/дезинфекцию изделия только вручную.

Никогда не стерилизовать изделие.

Соблюдать предписания по утилизации исанитарные правила!

Ручная очистка/дезинфекция

Протереть корпус изделия безворсовойсалфеткой, смоченной стандартнымсредством для дезинфекции.

При необходимости, вытереть остаткичистящего и дезинфицирующегосредства по истечении времени еговоздействия безворсовой салфеткой,смоченной чистой водой.

Для протирки насухо использоватьчистую безворсовую салфетку.

При необходимости, провестиповторную очистку/дезинфекцию.

Чистка воздушного фильтра

Указание

Воздушный фильтр необходимо чиститьраз в неделю или по мере необходимости!

Сдвинуть воздушный фильтр 7 назад иснять его.

Продуть/промыть воздушный фильтр 7.

Надеть сухой воздушный фильтр 7.

5.2 Контроль, уход и проверкаДать изделию остыть до комнатнойтемпературы.

Каждый раз после проведения очистки идезинфекции проверять изделие начистоту, функционирование и наличиеповреждений.

При необходимости смазать масломстригущую головку, см. Раздел Смазкастригущей головки маслом.

Проверить изделие на наличиеповреждений, возникновениепосторонних шумов при работе,чрезмерного нагрева или слишкомсильной вибрации.

ОПАСНОСТЬ

Опасность удара током и возникновения пожара!

Перед очисткой вытянуть штепсельную вилку.Убедиться, что в изделие не попадает жидкость.После очистки/дезинфекции оставить изделие проветриваться в течение не менее 1 минуты.

ОСТОРОЖНО

Ненадлежащая очистка или применение неподходящего чистящего/дезинфицирующего средства могут привести к повреждению устройства!

Применять стандартное средство для чистки поверхностей.

Никогда не помещать изделие в воду или чистящий раствор.

Не допускать попадания жидкости в зарядные гнезда.

Чистку контактов в зарядных гнездах выполнять с максимальной осторожностью.

Проверить ножевой блок на наличиеотломанных, поврежденных и тупыхножей.

Поврежденное изделие необходимонемедленно выбраковать.

В дополнение к правам на гарантийноеобслуживание, имеющимся у покупателясогласно договору и по закону, фирмаAesculap предоставляет гарантиюизготовителя на следующих условиях:

Данная гарантия изготовителя действует втечение двух лет с даты совершенияпокупки. Она распространяется нанедостатки (повреждения, дефекты),вызванные браком материала илипроизводственным браком.

Из нашей гарантии исключены:

такие недостатки, которые возникаютвследствие ненадлежащей эксплуатации,обычного износа или вследствиенеграмотного вмешательства в изделиенеуполномоченных лиц или использованияпри монтаже неподходящей илинебезупречно функционирующейпродукции других производителей.

Также исключены недостатки, которые неоказывают или же оказываютнезначительное влияние на стоимость илипригодность к эксплуатации.

При возникновении во время гарантийногопериода (в течение двух лет с датысовершения покупки) недостатка, накоторый распространяется наша гарантияизготовителя, мы, на свой выбор,производим ремонт или замену дефектногоизделия.

Условием предоставления нашей гарантииизготовителя является пересылка илипередача нам изделия и документа,подтверждающего совершение покупки(счетаOфактуры), в течение гарантийногосрока, а именно, в компании, продающиетехнику фирмы Aesculap в Вашей стране,или в отдел обслуживания клиентов,отвечающий за определенную страну.
