Wh i RDL?What is RDL?

Globally recognized and acceptable qualification program that sets minimum requirements for the sound management of refrigerants byminimum requirements for the sound management of refrigerants by the Supply‐Chain Network.

The key concept is: A Joint Industry Approach

ECDL /ICDL certification is a globally recognized information and communication technology (ICT) and digital literacy qualification.

The ECDL Foundation announced that over 13 million people in The C Foundation announced that over 3 million people inover 100 countries had registered to use the system.

Stage-I: DevelopmentI l d d l i f th t h i l l ifi ti f lifi ti t h i lIncludes developing of the technical scope, classification of qualification, technical modules, evaluating modules and the operating admission/qualification scheme

Stage-II: Review and PilotStage e e a d otIncludes review of the technical/evaluating modules and the operating admission/qualification scheme as well as start pilot program at limited level (sector and geographical wise) followed by final revision of the draft modules and scheme.

Stage-III: Launch and outreachIncludes the launch of the RDL in full capacity at global level, offering support to national/regional associations to adopt and conduct outreach campaign to ensure g p p gwider participation.

Expected timeframe for the project to be operational: 24‐36 monthsp p j p

1. Three categories of partnerships are sought for RDL:

A. Industry associations: EPEE, JRAIA, CRAA, ABRAVA, etc.

B Technical Societies and Institutes: ASHRAE AREA JRAN etcB. Technical Societies and Institutes: ASHRAE, AREA, JRAN, etc.
