Concept

The Future Faces Annual Dinner & Awards is soon to be the most prestigious event in its annual events calendar. Part of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce Group, Future Faces has become an established network for aspiring individuals from all sectors, providing a platform to learn from business leaders and to develop new skills, knowledge and confidence.

The Dinner & Awards will be celebration of the upcoming talent in our region with 5 prestigious awards up for grabs.

The 2015 Annual Dinner will take place at Edgbaston Cricket Ground on Friday 11th September 2015 and promotional and sponsorship opportunities are available to suit all budgets.

General Event Sponsor: (Sector Exclusive): £3,000 +VAT

Branding in all promotional and marketing activity leading up to the event. This includes: Chamberlink member’s magazine with a readership of c.25k, monthly member’s event e-shots, regular features in the Chamber’s daily e-news and on the Chamber’s website. The details of general sponsors will be included on all media releases concerning the event. Additionally, the sponsor’s branding will be included on pre-event literature such as a pull-up banner, invitations and tickets (subject to agreement before printing deadlines).

Dinner Programme: A full page advertisement or editorial space will be provided in the dinner programme that will be made available to all delegates.

Branding: The sponsor’s branding will be included in all event marketing and throughout the duration of the dinner as well as on the dinner ticket.

Complimentary Table: A table of 10 places are available for general sponsors and their guests. This table is placed near the main stage.

Guest List: A delegate list will be provided after the event.

Post Annual Dinner & Awards event opportunities

VIP Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception Sponsor: £1,500 +VAT

Delegates will all arrive for a VIP Pre-Dinner drinks in the Warwickshire cricket heritage zone before being shown through to the main hall where the dinner event takes place.

Dinner Programme: A half page advertisement or editorial space will be provided in the dinner programme that will be made available to all delegates. Please note, advertisement designs should reflect the prestige of the dinner and programme.

Branding: The organisation’s branding will be included in event marketing and during the dinner.

Exhibiting opportunity: Exhibition space in the drinks reception area will be made available if required. The sponsor will be responsible for the supply, erection and dismantling of any stand used within the venue’s pre-agreed deadlines.

Complimentary Places: 5 places are available for the drinks reception sponsor and their guests at the drinks and dinner. The 5 places are allocated nearer to the stage.

The Awards: The awards are available to sponsor at £1,000 +VAT

3. The Future Face of Entrepreneurial/Creative Services Award Covering those who run their own business and work in the creative & digital sector

5. The Future Face of Leisure & Hospitality Covering sports, conferencing, tourism & business hospitality 6. The Future Face of Industry Award

Covering the construction, manufacturing & engineering sector

Decorations Sponsor: £800 +VAT

Branding: The organisation’s branding will be included in event marketing, logo to be included in the dinner brochure, a JPEG will be needed no later than 31st July 2015.

Table Decoration: Two cards (postcard size, provided by the sponsor) detailing the sponsor and their products / services will be placed on every table. Please note, the design should reflect the prestige of the dinner.

Complimentary Places: 2 complimentary places at the Dinner & VIP Pre Dinner Drinks Reception will be provided.

Entertainment Sponsor: £1000 +VAT

Branding: The organisation’s branding will be included in event marketing and during the dinner, logo to be included in the dinner brochure, a JPEG will be needed no later than 31 st July 2015.

Table Decoration: Two cards (postcard size, provided by the sponsor) detailing the sponsor and their products / services will be placed on every table. Please note, the design should reflect the prestige of the dinner.

Complimentary Places: 2 complimentary places at the Dinner & VIP Pre Dinner Drinks Reception will be provided.

What the sponsor will provide

A project manager who will be the single point of contact between your company and the Future Faces manager and will ultimately be responsible for ensuring everything is complete on schedule

A high resolution JPEG company logo for inclusion on event marketing as identified above

A website link for inclusion on the Chamber Event calendar and Future Faces promotional materials

The small print Your sponsorship package will only be secured on receipt of a written confirmation Payment should be made to the Chamber of Commerce upon confirmation prior to the

dinner If you cancel the agreement once signed at any time, no refund will be issued The chamber reserves that right to amend wording on event marketing material

Dinner Programme Advertising Space

Full Page advertisement in the dinner brochure to be distributed to all guests on the night (Horizontal only) = £500 +VAT Page allocation of all advertisements will be made at the discretion of Future Faces

Platinum Tables: £750 +VAT These tables are located in prime positions and include the following: Table of 10 places Glass of Champagne for each guest on your table or Soft Drinks. One person will be allowed access to the main hall at 6.30pm should they wish to position place

name cards on their table (name cards to be supplied by table host)
