we are investing in continual technology upgrades especially at the design stage to reduce our design and prototyping lead times. For critical design parameters we perform Fea (Finite element analysis) to optimize our design to withstand all dynamic and static loading conditions.

our quality team has been trained by global industry leaders and is equipped with an arsenal of digital and analog quality measurement tools that are continuously calibrated to ensure precision.

stAndArds rooM

before we deliver our product it must first pass lab and field simulations. our in house test rigs thoroughly test bearings for at least 1,000,000 cycles in brutal and tough conditions which helps our design team tweak and re-tweak the product for maximum life and minimum cost. all new product introductions are tested in the field for upto 3 months before introduction in the market.

our manufacturing facilities

our heat treatment unit provides through hardening for bearing components made from sae52100 grade steel. hardness is controlled in accordance with iso standards. dedicated resources for case hardening are also available. our metallurgy lab and experts are fully equipped to process all parts and process. the continuous mesh belt, electric furnace is capable of delivery 150kg/hr duly heat treated quality parts. a super cooling station is also used to refine the grain of the structure and improve component fatigue.

automated assembly line is used for sizes that have prescribed radial and axial tolerances. the auto assembly line ensures ultrasonic washing, radial clearance selection, ball filling and measured grease filling stations that have no human interference involved. statistical process control is used to ensure first time right quality processes.

Auto-AsseMbly

our grinding shop conducts center-less grinding, cnc bore grinding and cnc super finish or honing operations to achieve highest tolerances as per iso standards to ensure superior quality ground parts. our dedicated grinding lines consist of more than 50 machines and dedicated tool and maintenance rooms. all machines are automated to reduce manual interference and ensure quality parts.
