The Opal off-line turret Slitters and Converting lines are part of a range

of machines meeting the demands of high production outputs as

stand alone finishing/converting equipment.All machine specifications

are available in maximum web widths of 330mm (13"), 410mm (16")

and 510mm (20") as standard.

The range accommodates basic automatic finishing of products at a

constant output through to complete bespoke production lines, producing

labels with a single colour in finished reel form, for example. Specifications

can be designed to meet most producers' requirements.

Each application can accommodate the type of rewind suitable for the

project. A simple rewind stand can be adapted with many extras

available from the Standard Opal Slitter Rewinder range, or choose the

'patented glueless' 4 Spindle Turret Rewinder for constant automatic output

non-stop,the options are endless.
