Students will explore and critically analyse strategies for developing and maintaining partnerships, specifically examining the concept and processes of reconciliation within an Australian context. Students will explore and develop communication and negotiation tools to create and promote respectful, mutual partnerships and sustainable opportunities for interactions with Indigenous people. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES This course is designed for professionals who are planning to or already do work with Indigenous people. This course will complement your career objectives. COURSE STRUCTURE There are two core units and two specialist elective units (out of five units on offer) required to be completed to graduate from the course. The study plan will be part time to ensure the designed pedagogy addressing applied learning is appropriately sequenced for achievement of the learning outcomes.
