Does your application require high-heat resistance, exposure to extreme cold weather, or unique cable constructions with demanding performance criteria? Whatever challenges your wire and cable application will bring, look to Aurora Plastics for a proven solution. Our expertise in thermoplastics allows us to offer a variety of polymers with performance characteristics you need, backed by the service and delivery you demand. AuroraGuard PVC: Provides high-thermal and low- temperature brittleness properties making it ideal for many different kinds of wire applications including; appliance, automotive, energy storage, flexible cords and coaxial cables. Our TPO product line offers lower smoke and toxicity, and halogen-free technology for fiber optic, alarm and data cables. AuroraFlex Features a full line of flexible PVC, PVC/ Nitriles, custom TPOs, TPEs, CPEs, SBSs and SEBSs, with a variety of physical properties required for demanding applications. We use different and complex chemistries to create the right formulation, considering factors that include color, UV resistance, durometer requirements, chemical resistance, low-temperature-brittleness performance and compound additives that promote elasticity. Many of these characteristics impart the high-performance properties needed for long-lasting durability and cable performance, while maintaining ease of processing. These materials have many of the same properties as vulcanized rubber, but can be molded and extruded using conventional thermoplastic process equipment. Need a unique blend of properties, colors or environmentally friendly solutions? Our engineers can work with you to create a custom formulation — just ask. Unmatched Aurora Customer Service The right product is nothing without the people and support to get the job done. At Aurora Plastics, we’ve built our reputation by providing high-quality advanced polymer compounds that are trusted for their performance. Our technical knowledge allows us to collaborate and innovate alongside you. We’ve also invested significantly in our manufacturing capabilities, adding the latest state- of-the art equipment and processes that optimize safety, quality and precision. As a result, we have set the benchmark in the industry for product quality and lot to lot consistency.
