Fully Integrated System

• Algae feedstock complemented with other waste streams from the resort such as organic waste, sludge and biomass produces BioGas in a BioGas Reactor

• The lion share of the BioGas is used to power a CHP (Combined Heat Power) generator, generating electricity, hot water and cool air

• The remaining BioGas is cleaned and used as fuel for the resorts vehicle fleet; buses, trucks and excursion vehicles

• Carbon dioxide (CO2) from the generator is absorbed and fed back to the Algae BioReactor as “food” for the Algae, BioFertilizer from the BioGas production is used for nutrition

• System completely integrated and operated from a centralized Command and Control Centre

The Walkthrough phase is to gage the potential of the ECO*TROPICS solution for the resort. During this phase we will review the installation and the energy needs on an overview basis.

The result is detailed in a report enabling the management to take a decision about how to go forward with the project.

Energy Audit and BP

The objective of the energy audit is to detail the requirements of the resort, we will make recommendations for how to reduce energy and how to produce it in the best way.

The result is a detailed Business Plan which forms the basis for the total investment and implementation.

Implementation

Based upon the Business Plan the resort management and AUM comes to an agreement about the implementation about the ECO*Tropics solution tailored for the resort.

AUM is responsible for delivering the results as promised in the Business Plan.
