1. Getting Started with Reporting
1.1 Feature Overview
The AT&T NetBond® reports section is access-controlled, and can only be used after successful authentication. An active user account on the Cloud Portal is required to access Reports. To access Reports, a user needs to be given access to the Reports section by the Enterprise Manager or Sub-Account Manager of that customer account. Once authenticated, user can access the Reports section from the top navigation, as indicated by the red-outlined box below. User will need to click and select “AT&T NetBond” from among the various services (AT&T NetBond etc.) to which the account is subscribed.
Figure 1.1: Locating the Reporting Feature from the Portal Dashboard
Reports are available to all user categories. User access to Reports section currently allows a user to have access to all reports or to none at all. The portal does not allow user access control at a report type level.

3.1 Bandwidth Billing Report
This functionality allows a user to pull reports on bandwidth usage from a billing standpoint. Utilization value calculated takes the 95th percentile in, and 95th percentile out, and uses the highest value between the two to calculate overage based on the MBC set for a given VNC.
Running a Bandwidth Billing Report: The user must select from among the following filter criteria –
Output data level (Daily or Monthly)
Report Start Date-Year combination
Report End Date-Year combination
Provider (Cloud Service Provider)
