Strand Advisor Housing and Registration

• Strand Advisors receiving housing through ATIA will receive confirmations by January 9.

• Strand advisors who should be, but are not showing on the current housing list will be contacted by Elise

• All Strand Advisors should have received complimentary registration using the code: SMF9

Speaker Orientation

• 12pm ET/11am CT/9am PT on the following dates:• Wednesday, January 14 • Monday, January 19 • Wednesday, January 21

• Please let us know today or via email (education@atia.org) by January 12th which call you will be attending

• All Strand Advisors will be asked to introduce themselves at the beginning of the call.

Strand Schedules

• How have you reached out to your speakers?

Strand Advisor Conference Expectations

• Be present at as many of your strand’s sessions as possible

• Introduce yourself to the speakers

• If you need a meeting spot, the Speaker Ready Room is available (Governors Board Room)

Staff Contacts

• All ATIA Staff will be in dark blue polo shirts with ATIA logo and all staff will be able to contact each other via walkies.

• Elise, Becky and Ariane will be available in the staff office (official location will be emailed to you) when not outside the session rooms

Session Handouts

• All handouts collected in time have been placed on the CD Rom being given to all attendees

• All submitted handouts will be available from ATIA.org following the conference
