is the ideal transmission for vehicles that need totravel fast between working sites, yet must work at a low and constant speed.

CreepDriveTM

The vehicle features two independent transmission types: hydrostatic and mechanical. Shifting from one to another is simply done by activating a switch. The mechanical transmission is naturally used for travelling on the road, while its hydraulic counterpart is used for work. In the latter the mechanical brakes are spared as hydrostatic brakes are suffi cient to stop the vehicle.

The CDM170-050 motor is at the heart of the system. Mechanically linked to the transmission shaft at its input and output, it is placed between the transmission and the differential. Light and compact package, it can fi t every type of transmission brand. Moreover, it eases the remote control of the machine.

How does AddiDriveTM CreepDrive operate?

Your benefi cits

At low speed the electronic control takes care of starting the vehicle smoothly, cruise control and safe braking. This frees the driver’s attention from the driving functions and allows him to focus on the quality of his work.

DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVES - Constant Flow

VDP12

VA20

We offer two types of directional valves for the mobile industry: open-center valves (CFO) and closed-center valves (CFC). The two types result in completely different control characteristics.

CFO valves are intended for applicationsin which simple, uncomplicated components are required and where the demands for simultaneous-operation characteristics are moderate. CFC valves are intended for applicationsin which the demands on control characteristics are great, while at the same time a system with a fi xed pump is required.

Valves can be obtained with a large number of optional components and mountings such as:• A main pressure relief• Individually adjusted port-relief and

anti-cavitation valves• Separate replenishing valves with

counterpressure valves• Application adapted spools• A large selection of spool actuators• Single or multi-pump operation by

stacked valves• Subplate, stackable or manifold

styles• Load hold checks• Crossover reliefs• Flow controls• Power beyond feature• Proportional inlets for fi ne metering• E-stop: pump channel blocked in

emergency

Options vary for different valves

Quick Hitch Cylinders

Displacement Cylinders

Our heavy-duty cylinder is for your most rugged applications. Industrial series cylinder’s are available with a number of piston rod options.

Our range of Quick Hitch cylinders are available from 2” bore and are supplied complete with a pilot operated check valve.

• Available from 2” to 5” bore• Screwed gland with external collar• Optional piston rod sizes• 1/4” wall honed barrel• One piece steel base end

- lugs are not welded

Manufactured to your requirements of bore, stroke and mounting style. Our cylinder features a large width piston and wear ring for long trouble free life.

Operating Pressure

All cylinders up to 48” stroke are rated to operate at 3,000psi (210 Bar). In some applications higher pressuresare permissible and are dependant of bore, stroke and load. For pressure ratings above the standard recommended please consult our Engineering Department.

Cylinder Piston Speeds

Cylinders used in double acting applications have a maximum seal velocity of 500mm/sec. When used in single acting applications the maximum seal velocity is 200mm/sec. To maximise seal life we recommend that a small amount of oil be placed in the air side of the cylinder. The use of breather plugs is highly recommended as they assist in preventing the ingress of contamination into the cylinder. Running a hose from the air side back to the reservoir can further increase the cylinder life.

• SG Iron rod clevis (2” - 5” bore)• K1045 clevis pins• 1 1/4” pins available (4”, 4.5” and 5” only)• One piece steel base end - lugs are not welded• Suitable for both single and double applications

Our unique phasing mechanism has no moving parts or groove for the piston seal to travel over, therefore giving longer seal life and minimal creep.

Special cylinders are made to your requirements. Popular mounting optionsinclude fl ange, pin eye, foot trunnion or we can design something specifi callyto suit your application. Also available is the end cap machined to accept a threaded cartridge valve with either counterbalance or pilot operated check functions.
