DIRECTIONS

From the M6 JCT16 take A54 towards Middlewich, go straight on at the roundabout, at the traffic lights turn left towards Sandbach (A533) Sandbach/Middlewich Road. Follow the canal past the Kings Lock Pub (set back off road) on left. Turn 3rd right onto Long Lane South

then immediately left onto Warmingham Lane (Middlewich) follow to the end, turn Left onto Dragons Lane past the “flashes” up the hill, turn right onto Plant Lane then left onto

Warmingham Lane (Moston), then right onto Oakwood Lane, Oakwood Farm is located past houses on the left.

1 Terms are CARD OR CASH on the day. The right is reserved to refuse any payments

by cheque unless prior arrangements have been made. The right is also reserved to

withhold delivery of goods until cheques have cleared the Bank and in all cases

prospective purchasers should be prepared to pay a cash deposit at the fall of the

hammer. Payments by Debit or Credit Card are accepted (small charge for the

latter).

2 Delivery of electrical appliances connected to the mains will be given the day following

the sale (unless announced otherwise) after the power has been disconnected.

Purchasers should ascertain that all appliances have been isolated from the mains

current before attempting to remove them.

3 Whilst all descriptions statements and items contained in this catalogue are

given in good faith the Auctioneers’ do not accept liability for error omissions

or mis-descriptions. All items are sold as seen with no warranties given or

implied. All purchasers are deemed to bid for and if successful to have

purchased all goods in the full knowledge of the Conditions of Sale as

displayed in the Cash Office.

4 Please note that in order to comply with Money Laundering regulations no cash

payments will be accepted in excess of the day’s sterling equivalent of 15000 Euros.
