Pick-up/Delivery: Call your assigned pick up location the morning of your pick up to remind them of their

contribution and when you will pick it up. Deliver all items to the Faculty lounge in the SOM. Everything has

already been paid for and/or comped.

Monday:

Ruby Wang and Andrew Sohn: Rosewood Marketpick up/pick out food items for faculty/guest

artists for the week. Gift Card reserved at register on the right when you walk in.; morning.

HOSTS: Hosts are responsible for cleaning up and monitoring the faculty lounge at the following times:

10, 12, 4, and 7

Hosts are also responsible for providing a food plate in the green room of fruit and cheese to guest artists on

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The food plate should be placed in the green room no later than 6:15 on

the day of the recital. Feel free to split up duties. In addition, hosts should clean up room 201 after associate

meal at 7. Hosts are welcome to eat anything they want, too!
