mild action may have subtle effects. Chamomile andpeppermint, both mild botanicals,
are usually taken as teas to aid digestion and are generally considered safe for self5
administration. Some mild botanicals may have to be taken for weeks or months before
their full effects are achieved. "or eample, valerian may be effective as a sleep aid after
0@ days of use but it is rarely effective after *ust one dose. n contrast a powerful
botanical produces a fast result. Dava,as one eample, is reported to have an immediate
and powerful action affecting aniety and muscle relaation.

CONCLUSION
The people at Thai "ree!e -ry see themselves individually and collectively as a
company as part of the natural world and delicate balance of life thus this company is a
great potential of a new supplier for health supplement products. Attaining and
maintaining this balance is the key to their collective and individual well being. The
products Thai "ree!e -ry shares with clients are produced naturally by their earth and
they bring these to future clients with awe and respect for the natural wisdom that they
contain and a deep appreciation of the principles they reflect.
n fact, balance in nature and in life is a guiding principle behind the healing
abilities of their herbal dietary supplements. (hen Thai "ree!e -ry achieve a coherent
state of functional balance between all systems of the body &homeostasis they have
created the pre5 condition for self5 healing , vitality and long life. n homeostasis their
heart rate slows down while, at the same time, their circulation increases. The entire
function of their physiology becomes optimi!ed and super5 efficient. )ealing and vitality
are achieved through the conscious creation of balance. This principle is at the heart of
Ayurveda, Koga and Asian healing. This is the principle that makes their herbs effective.
This is opposed to the (estern view which uses medicine &chemical interventions to
cure specific illnesses without an understanding of the negative side effects that result
from not being able to see nature as a whole.
This respect and appreciation for the balance of nature etends to their
environment as whole which we must protect at all costs. 9cological principles are their
top priority. n %orth Thailand, the soil are blessed by rich soil and natural growing
conditions that do not require chemical fertili!ers and by farmers who have, for centuries,
used traditional, ecologically sound farming practices that pre5date the use of chemical
fertili!ers and pesticides. Their an %a and )ill Tribe farmers have a sincere respect for
and understanding of nature that is part of their deeply held animistic spiritual beliefs
which regulate their daily activities. These beliefs reflect in a respect for their
environment that is etreme. n their view, the rocks, trees, soil, water, air are all living
