Ans:In branches, the managers are not tooindependent that they can take thedecisions about the activities. They onlycan suggest to the main branch throughwhich the board of directors can take thedecisions.

So, in our visited branch they only hasfinancial reporting system. By this thebranch manager collects the desiredinformation and send it to the main branchfor further judgment.

Since the branch managers power is limitedso he doesnt need to keep seperatemanagerial reporting system for hisassessment. He collects his needed

information from the financial report.
