Pavilions of Harrogate is the perfect venue for your wedding day. Located in the historic spa town of Harrogate, and set in over 200 acres of lawns, woodlands and ponds, you will find a selection of rooms for up to 500 guests. The Swale and Aire rooms are licensed for ceremonies and a banquet then awaits your guests in our elegant Wharfe room.

Venue

The most wonderful moment on your magical day; tie the knot in the same room that The Royal Family use when attending the Great Yorkshire Show.

The Swale, located on the first floor, is a lovely, bright room with splendid views over the showground and is perfect for intimate family ceremonies. The Aire room is also licensed with a capacity of up to 450 guests and opens onto lawns for your exclusive use, providing a beautiful backdrop for your ceremony.

Ceremony

Take advantage of our lawns on your big day for drinks and canapes before heading inside to share more incredible moments in one of our elegant rooms. All of our rooms are decorated with neutral colours and our largest room, the Wharfe, has a capacity of up to 500 guests.

Reception

FoodTreat your guests to a sumptuous meal prepared by our recommended caterers.

We work with a number of local catering companies who will be happy to speak with you personally to create your perfect menu.

Your chosen caterers have access to a fully functioning, industrial kitchen ensuring all their needs are also met on the day.
