After registration, you should receive an email asking you to Download the Whova Mobile App or Access It From the Web Platform on Desktop.

Click on the link in the email. It will take you to the sign up page (take note this is different from event registration). Please use the email address you registered with the event to sign up.

Or if you have already signed up, you need to sign in to access the event. After signing in, you should be taken to the event page.

To watch the sessions, go to Agenda > Sessions.

If you see the message: “You have reached your ticket limit for APREA Member.” What should you do?

If you are seeing this, this will mean that you are already registered with that email in our system. It also means you are in the registration page, not in the event sign in page. Please double check your email, you should have received a confirmation from Whova.
