Disney Resort LineThis monorail system is convenient for getting around the Resort.For transportation from JR Maihama Station to Tokyo DisneySea or Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, please utilize the Disney Resort Line from Resort Gateway Station.

◆Elevators are available at each station.◆There is a gap of 5 cm and about 3 cm difference in height between the platform and the monorail.◆Please see a Cast Member to use a portable slope.◆There are wheelchair spaces available in the 3rd and 4th cars of the monorail. ◆Disney Resort Line monorail trains have Priority Seats.

Wheelchairs can be rented (for a fee) at the Stroller & Wheelchair Rentals counter inside the Parks.- Rentals may not be available depending on weather conditions, etc.

Motorized Wheelchair- For Guests ages 18 and over- Subject to availability

Battery-Assisted Push Wheelchair- Must be accompanied by a member of the Guest’s party who can operate the wheelchair properly

Please note that for safety reasons, restaurants at Tokyo DisneySea does not sell or serve alcoholic beverages to Guests operating a motorized wheelchair inside the Park.

Mobility Service Dogs, Hearing Dogs and Guide Dogs under the Law Concerning Assistance Dogs for the Disabled are permitted to enter the Parks. Guests must bring their official Assistance Dog identification document and their dog must wear the proper identifications as required by Japanese law. Before experiencing an attraction, please be sure to contact a Cast Member. Please note that you may not leave your Assistance Dog with the Cast Members. To experience an attraction that cannot accommodate Assistance Dogs, please have a member of your party wait with your dog outside of the attraction.

Guest ParkingParking sections for Guests with disabilities are available at the Tokyo Disney Resort Guest Parking areas. If you need parking spaces which are wider or located near the Park entrance, please ask a Cast Member at the Guest Parking toll gate.

Restaurants & ShopsGuests may enter all merchandise and food facilities with their Assistance Dog.

Relief Area for Assistance DogsPlease contact a Cast Member regarding the designated area for the Assistance Dog to relieve itself.

The eligible Guest must be accompanied by a member of their party:Persons with visual, mental, or developmental disabilities must be accompanied by an able-bodied member of their party to experience an attraction or a Disney Character greeting.For details, please refer to the pages regarding attractions, entertainment facilities, and Disney Character greeting facilities in the Tokyo Disney Resort Information Book.

Japanese Braille menus are available for regular menu items at all food facilities except some wagons and counter service restaurants. Please contact a Cast Member.

Stationary Tactile Maps (in Japanese only)

Stationary maps detailing the layout of all Park facilities through tactile information are available at the following locations:

Scale ModelsScale models of the Disney characters and the attractions are available at Tokyo Disney Resort. At Main Street House in Tokyo Disneyland or at Guest Relations in Tokyo DisneySea, Guests may request to touch and handle the models to get an idea of what the Disney characters look like, the shape of attraction seats, and special features of the attractions. Guests may ask to handle the models at the attractions as well.

Before Experiencing Attractions• Guests with physical disabilities, as well as visual,

developmental, intellectual or mental disabilities must be accompanied by an able-bodied member of their party.

Accompanying person must be able to:

- support and evacuate with the Guest requiring assistance in case of an emergency

- support the Guest requiring assistance in all other cases

• Please note that before experiencing the attraction, the Cast Member will conduct a number of checks for safety purposes. These safety checks differ depending on the attraction. The Cast Member at each attraction will conduct the check. The Guest will not be able to experience the attraction if it is deemed by the Cast Member at the attraction that these safety requirements are not met.

• Guests who are unable to be secured properly in a vehicle with a safety device, etc., will not be able to experience the attraction.

• Guests may not be able to board a vehicle with a medical device (if it is deemed unsafe by the Cast Member due to the size of the device or whether restraints apply for a vehicle).

• Guests will not be able to board a vehicle with a cushion or other items that absorb shock.

• As there are special effects featured in attractions, please refrain from experiencing the attraction if you have conditions that could be aggravated by such effects.

• Depending on the attraction, Guests will be able to board a vehicle while seated in a wheelchair, and/or board and disembark from a vehicle at a designated area. In such cases, it may take longer to experience the attraction.

Evacuation in case of an emergencyIn case of emergency evacuation, Guests may be required to walk certain distances, negotiate stairs, negotiate narrow walkways without assistance, or wait in the vehicle for an extended period of time for assistance.

Guests who are not able to evacuate outside in an emergency, even with assistance, may not experience the attraction.
