IN THE COURT OF CIVIL JUDGE (Jr. Divn.), MALOUT

Suman Rani

V/s.

Rajpal etc.

Suit for possession by way of partition

AFFIDAVIT

I, Jas Raj S/o Siri Ram R/o Gali Manohar Nagpal, Ex. M.C. Wali, Malout, Tehsil Malout, Distt. Sri Muktsar Sahib, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under :-1.

That I along with other defendants and plaintiff are owners of the suit house to the tune of 2/16 Share each. The defendant no. 1 Rajpal is in the possession of suit house till today.

2.

That previously Daropti Devi mother of the defendants and Kewal Krishan husband of the plaintiff were owner in possession of the suit house. The said Daropati Devi died on 31-05-2003. Thereafter the said Kewal Krishan also died. Hence the plaintiff and defendants became the owner of suit house to the tune of 2/16 Share each. 3.

That the suit house has become a source of dispute between all co-sharers. I am also not gaining anything out of it. I cannot used the house unless it is divided by meets and bounds. I along with defendant Satpal wants our separate share in the suit house from the plaintiff and other co-defendants. The property / suit house shall be divided by such a way that the I along with Satpal can get specific portion and separate possession from plaintiff and other co-defendants. I along with satpal defendant wants to get the specific portion of the suit house by partition. So the suit house must be partitioned by meets and bounds. Deponent
