For more than 10 years of work we have gained great experience of creating complex web-projects including those for telecommunication companies.

Among our works are web-services of providing services for B2B and B2C that are connected with billing or databases of operators, self-service provisioning and many others.

Before starting the project we carry out RND (research and development), i.e. search of analogues, market analysis, of analogues, market analysis, pointing out analogues’ competitive strengths and formulating demands for the prototype.

Portal of administering virtual ATS based on BroadWorks

The developed portal enables to administer services:— Broadworks Anywhere;— fax;— autoattendant with the possibility to customize menu and action handlers;— call transfer with the flexible customization of transfer schedule;— possibility to create black and white call-lists;— possibility to create black and white call-lists;— ‘conversation recording’ service management;— customizing voice portal;— creating/editing subscribers in groups;— flexible customizing of call groups.

Within the framework of the project more than 50 design-layouts to handle the portal have been implemented. Joint development has been carried out for more than a year.

Our company has designed and developed interfaces of ‘Portal of administering virtual ATS based on BroadWorks’ service delivery for the ‘SiFox’ company.Layout and front-end interface programming and back-end integration with BroadWorks platform have been implemented using two technologies: OCI-P and CAI3G.

Testing platforms of telecommunication products

Within the framework of the project the following has been implemented:

— working with customers and BWKS groups;

— possibility to connect SIP-devices;

— working with schedule;

Design concept and interfaces for the service ‘Web-videoconferences’

Design concept of the new service – ‘Web-videoconferences’ – has been built up for JSCo ‘Rostelecom’.

All design layouts for user’s personal area, client’s administrator and interfaces for holding on-line web-videoconferences have been developed.have been developed.

Web-service of target call ‘Razgovor’

A user can get to the personal profile of web-service ‘Razgovor’ after registration in the promo-part that contains information about aims and possibilities of the service.

Both ordinary user of the service and the representative of advertising space using the service on their portal for their clients the service on their portal for their clients can use the personal profile.

The logo, the corporate design and the promo-site have been developed for the web-service ‘Razgovor’.

‘Razgovor’ enables users to manage incoming calls with extended call routing, while companies can create virtual presence in new cities.

Promo-site for IT-outsourcing

The promo-site is a web-representational office of a separate company inside the system integrator.

The most essential blocks are put on the first page: slider, projects, special offer, presentations, press-center and customers feedback.

The description of the services provided by the company as well as the company profile is present on the site; clients and feedback are placed there along with all clients and feedback are placed there along with all the information needed for current customers.

The promo-site for ‘Contact centre on demand’ has become the next product for CTI.

Our team has developed the first promo-site for system integrator CTI to match different directions of the company – a project devoted to IT-outsourcing and consulting.

Corporate site of telecommunication group

The result of 9 months of manoeuvring between the corporate design, peculiarities of information and functionality. Visitors of the site can get acquainted with the company profile, have a look at rates and services. Information is present for both private customers and companies. All the content is divided according to cities. The site is easily expanded entering new cities with ‘MOTIV’.Due to architecture created all new promo-sections and Due to architecture created all new promo-sections and sites will easily fit into the present structure. For content and navigation maintenance we have created lots of bright graphics.

We have implemented more than 60 unique design-layouts for various sorts of information during the project development.

The aim is to tell people about Telecommunication Group ‘MOTIV’ in a new way, create a convenient site for clients, show basic directions of company activity, make information more accessible.

New Year Special Project from Mail.ru and MTS

It all began with animate ‘pre-new year’ counter that showed exact time left before the celebration.

After that users were offered to take a few entertaining tests. The test devoted to the Santa Claus was especially interesting.

In the next section one could find new-year congratulations from Snow-Maidens from all over the world.

To complete the work we have developed a series of New Year banners for rotating on Mail.ru

Prior to the New Year an entertaining project has been launched on the portal Mail.ru.Complex of works for the holiday special project included the development of several interactive sections of the promo-site.
