    -hich could be accessed by any la- enforcement agency to 'erify licensesthat either genuine or bogus(fa)e so that illegal use of -eapons could be

    pre'ented in Pa)istan -ith the ongoing security crisis in the country,

    $o'ernment of Pa)istan,"he Arms license project %ALP& -ill pro'ide an easy -ay

    of 'erifying arms license on the spot through online access to all la- enforcement

    agencies and this -ill pre'ent misuse of arms through bogus licenses, "his project

    -ill also be helpful to )no- the e.act amount of licenses issued by #inistry of

    *nterior %#O*& to indi'iduals and companies o'erall and to 'erify it -ith manual

    *n this project NADRA -ill ma)e o/ces located all o'er Pa)istan in all districts

    to facilitate those indi'iduals and companies -ho are #O* license holders

    through ad'ertising it in ne-spapers and media, People -ill go to these

    o/ces -ith their manual boo)lets for con'ersion(Re'alidation and follo- the

    steps structured by NADRA,

    As Arms license re'alidation is a project of #O* and NADRA is also -or)ing

    under #O* so it is gi'en a minimal budget of 011 million P2R, NADRA -ill be

    charging on e'ery re'alidation to)en including #O* fee,

    Rough estimates of costs are as follo-ing3

    sta)eholders of this project and any updates re?uired or ?uery should be

    con'eyed to the upper management through email ser'ices gi'en to the

    claimed by NADRA,

    NADRA is not a 'erifying authority6 ONLE #O* has the authority to 'erify

    the license,

    NADRA -ill send the surrendered #anual @oo)s to #O* on ne.t

    NADRA -ill enter data according to the boo) no change can be made if

    it is not present on the boo),

    $ratis or free of fee -ill be chec)ed in the application *< it is present on

    the boo) else it -ould be considered as normal,

    NADRA processing fee is to be paid by e'ery indi'idual and

    As NADRA is a go'ernment organi+ation and this project is handed o'er to

    NADRA by #O* so there is no speci=c resource calendar for this particular

    project and all resources -or)ing on project changes time to time li)e -hile

    planning this project our project manager -ho is D$ got posted and recently

    D,D tech got promoted and got posted to other department so its hard to

    ma)e a resource calendar for such cases

    Performance re'ie-s are based on the perception of super'isor and his

    superior, Annual 'aluation Reports %AR& are used as a tool of performance

    re'ie-, At the year end the reporting o/cer of any employee =lls out a

    standard e'aluation form -here he(she re'ie-s the performance of the

    employee through di>erent criterions, "hese are sent to his super'isor for

    counter signing, "hrough this criteria the employees are re'ie-ed for their

    performance and promotions are also granted through the combination of

    seniority and remar)s of ARs,

    mployees -or)ing in the project usually get a project allo-ance that is

    being associated -ith the project that is being underta)en, Di>erent projects

    o>er di>erent allo-ances to the employees -or)ing under that project,
