• Estimated between $70million and $120million spent on grow operation construction in Colorado alone. That number expected to double in next 18 months with passage of legalization initiative

• 13 containers sold in first 4 months of 2013, 40 more currently in LOI stage with financing

Investment Summary

Total Investment: $2million ($25k minimum investment amount)

Investment Use: Financing Fund for sale of PharmPods. Funds will used only to provide financing for purchases of PharmPods by licensed industry participants only.

Investment Structure: Equity with preferred dividend return.

Investment Return: Preferred annual dividend of 13% with conversion and warrant features
